A Live/Work and CoHousing Spaces

Sustainable Living at Lismore Heights is an innovative architectural proposal that embodies a harmonious balance between human habitation and ecological preservation. This project addresses contemporary challenges such as climate change, housing affordability, and environmental sustainability by proposing a Live/Work Module that integrates seamlessly with the natural landscape at Lismore Heights.

The site features three distinct ecological zones, and my design capitalizes on this unique characteristic by introducing rewilding initiatives in the spaces that separate these zones. By fostering rich biodiversity, the rewilding efforts create habitats that support local wildlife and contribute to the site’s overall ecological vitality.

Water management is a critical aspect of the design. Swales are strategically placed between each dwelling to guide water flow towards small ponds, thereby creating thriving habitats for wildlife. This system not only supports food production within the vegetation zones surrounding the dwellings but also attracts wildlife, enhancing the site’s ecological richness.

EcoNest exemplifies the potential of architectural design to create living spaces that respect and enhance the natural environment. By prioritizing ecological considerations and integrating sustainable solutions, this project offers a visionary blueprint for future developments that seek to nurture both human and ecological well-being.

AXONOMETRIC

A Memorial Bridge of Remembrance

The Bridge of Life is a symbolic design dedicated to honoring and cherishing the memory of a beloved child, providing a serene space for a couple to unite in their grief and healing. This bridge serves as a poignant metaphor for connection, reconciliation, and renewal.

Central to the bridge is a private garden featuring a Casuarina Tree, which holds cultural significance as a protector of children and a harbor for maternal spirits. This tree represents growth and resilience, mirroring the couple’s journey through their shared grief. The garden, accessible exclusively to the parents, offers a sacred space where they can come together twice a year to reflect, display cherished mementos, and honor their child’s memory.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

The Bridge of Life spans a river with distinct geological features: on south side, alluvial sand rises 2 meters above the current river level, with the riverbed extending 2 meters below, resulting in a total depth of 4 meters from the alluvial sand surface to the riverbed. The opposite bank features sandstone, elevated 4 meters above the alluvial level. This geological contrast presents unique challenges and opportunities for foundation design, requiring tailored solutions to address the stability and support needs of the bridge across the varied terrain.

Where Every Match Sparks Connections and Inspires Brotherhood

Football is the most popular game in the world, as the sport scenario in india is on th rise. Football has come into the limelight. The start of Indian Super League 2019-20 will be hosted by India.

The project was about designing an iconic stadium infrastructure to cater the needs as well as build a landmark within the cultural hub city for attracting people towards itself for motivation towards the game.

The site has been choosen by DDA for FIFA football stadium, well connected transport modes and surrounded by sports complexes. The site area is 60 acres, present in Dwaraka Nagar, Delhi.

DESIGN & CONCEPT

The core concept of this design is ‘Togetherness.’ The stadium aims to bring everyone together, fostering interactions among supporters as they cheer for their respective teams. This shared experience has the potential to create lifelong connections. By uniting two teams and their fans, the stadium embodies a spirit of brotherhood that can serve as an inspiration to the world.

This design incorporates features that make the stadium a hub for health and practice activities, as well as a place for relaxation and refreshment.

EAST SECTION

Designing the zoning to allow spectators to quickly and safely evacuate from their seats to a series of intermediate safety zones, and ultimately to a place of permanent safety outside, provides a clear and effective framework for accommodating various types of users, including players, VIPs, media, and officials.

Minimizing exit times involves a detailed calculation of the time it takes for spectators to reach the nearest exit, ensuring an efficient and timely evacuation from the stadium building. The design of spaces and zones is intended to make building evacuation straightforward and manageable in the event of an emergency.

HARMONIA HALL

A Community Hall

Harmonia Hall is a community hub that welcomes and connects residents, neighbors, clients, and staff. Inspired by the harmony and entertainment associated with piano tiles, this community hall is designed to foster a sense of unity and joy.

Located in Patna city, Harmonia Hall emphasizes connectivity with the surrounding neighborhood and integrates a wide range of services for youth, seniors, and administrative purposes, previously spread across various locations in the city.

The design includes three banquet halls, guest rooms, dormitory facilities, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a storeroom, ensuring comprehensive support for various community needs.

Patna city have mostly hot and humid climate for the most of the time around a year. Proposed site area for this project is 7200sqm whereas the floor is having an area of 2242sqm.

From Outside, the way for basement parking is followed by ramp with ratio 1:12, having floor area of 2242sqm with depth over 2400mm.

Three banquet halls are provided. The first one have the capacity of 130persons second one have 250persons capacity and the third hall have 570persons capacity with outdoor Buffet.
