a project devoted to creating space and structure that allows individuals to feel at serene.
flamboyant pavilion
these previous images and upcoming drawings explores the duality of rigid and fluid in a single system. This project simultaneously incorporates orthogonal and curvilinear members to achieve a flexible form that can adapt to various topographic and programmatic constraints. Inspired by the Chilean Flamingo, from the previous diagrams, was analyzed with respect to its movement. Its rigid vertebrae have the unique ability to take on a flexible from and the creature transforms its body to adapt to its site. This pavilion provide group and sleeping spaces. Places for gathering and places for reflecting. Each pavilion interacts with earth, air or water, integrating the occupant with this environment
