partner of the firm’s Nashville location. He succeeds C. Tucker Herndon in this role, who was recently appointed to the firm’s Executive Committee. Ken practices in Burr & Forman’s commercial litigation practice group where he represents clients in general business litigation of all types in both state and federal courts throughout the United States. Legal Aid Society, Tennessee’s largest nonprofit law firm, today announced Frank Garrison and Leigh Walton as the co-chairs for its 2022 Campaign for Equal Justice. Garrison will oversee fundraising throughout the community, while Walton will lead efforts aimed at law firms and attorneys.
