Detailed Workshop Session (Date & Location) Enrollment Process How do I register for my Workshop Session (Date & Location)? This document contains detailed information to help you in accessing the NASM eLearning Center and scheduling your Workshop Session. Overview: You MUST login to the NASM eLearning Center in order to schedule or verify your Workshop Session.
Step 1: NASM eLearning Center Login Login using your Account login credentials that was stated in your Enrollment Email to access the “NASM eLearning Center”.
Step 2 MUST be performed to guarantee your spot in a specific Workshop Session.
Step 2: Scheduling, Canceling, or Changing Your Workshop Session. You MUST schedule or verify your Workshop Session in order to guarantee your spot in a specific Workshop Session.
NOTE: The NASM eLearning Center allows you to change your Workshop Session as many times as you wish within one (1) week of a Workshop Session. If you choose to change your Workshop Session within one (1) week of the Workshop date, you will need to contact Member Services at 800-460-6276 option #3 and pay a transfer fee.
Final Step: Verify your reservation one to two business days before your scheduled Workshop start date. Login to the eLearning Center and select the “My Dashboard” tab on the left side of the page. You will see under “My Calendar” the start date and time of your Workshop.

Workshop Process Details: Step 1: How do I access the eLearning Center? You MUST login to the NASM eLearning Center in order to schedule or verify your Workshop Session and to access your online courses. Your Login credentials, Username and Password, were given to you in your Enrollment Email. NASM eLearning Center Login To access your online Courses and Workshops in the eLearning Center please visit https://www.nasm.org/store/MyAccount_Dashboard.aspx. If you are not logged in, this link will take you to the Account Login page. Account Login page: Login using your login credentials.
Once logged in, the “Account Home” page will be displayed as shown below. If you are already logged in, this link will take you to the “Account Home” page. On the “Account Home” page select the “NASM eLearning Center” option. The NASM eLearning Center will be then be displayed.

Step 2: How do I select or change my Workshop Session? NASM eLearning Center The following sample screenshots are samples of what you may see once you are logged into the “NASM eLearning Center”. There are several options in Step 2. Step 2.1 Enrolled in a Workshop and No Session Selected. First select “My Courses” and scroll to bottom. At the bottom of the Courses list is where the “Instructor Led Courses” list is displayed if there are any. If your Workshop is not displayed here, then you have not selected a Session. Your next step is to click on the “Add New Course” menu item. Your Workshop will be displayed in this list. Select the Workshop from this list to Enroll into a Session. See “Step 2.1 Screenshot #2 Select”. Scroll down the list of Workshop Sessions to find a Session and click on “Enroll” to schedule your reservation for that Session. As shown in “Step 2.1 Screenshot #3 Complete” you will get a Pop-up that states you have been successfully enrolled into that Session. Your Workshop will now be displayed in the “Instructor Led Courses” section of the “My Courses” list. Click on “OK” to close the Pop-up.

Step 2.2 View Selected Workshop Session To view your Session, select your Workshop course in the “My Courses” section on the left side of the page. This will then display the selected Session information in the “My Dashboard” section. Step 2.2 Screenshot #1 View Session:
Step 2.3 Switch or Cancel Selected Session: You may cancel or change your Workshop Session by clicking on your Workshop in the “My Courses” tab. Your Workshop will be at the bottom of the list under “Instructor Led Courses”. Once selected you will see in the middle section of the page your current selected Workshop Session. You will also see a “Switch Session” button. Click on this button. Step 2.3 Screenshot #1 View and Switch Session:
Step 2.3 Switch or Cancel Selected Session - continued: When you click on the “Switch Session” button, you will get a Verification Pop-up verifying that you want to switch your Workshop Session. Step 2.3 Switch or Cancel Selected Session - continued: To Switch your Session, scroll down this list to find a new Session and then click on “Enroll” to schedule your reservation for that Session. To Cancel the Session click on the “Close” button. You MUST select a new Session at a later time by repeating Step 2.1 above.
