The primary logo should be used for the company website, stationery and posters. For the Guness bars a secondary logo should be used. The most simple logo should be used when greyscale is needed because its simpler with colors and would be easiest to read.

All colors are used as both primary and secondary colors. In the granola bar packaging the yellow is the primary color while the reds are secondar y. This could be visa versa but the reds should always be balanced out with white and the yellow.

Gudness Bar Two version of the design, One horizontal and one vertical. There is only one flavor, so a variety of orientation or color should be applied to keep the design interesting but not losing it’ s critical design elements. These include the logo with the word BAR attached, the cursive font and a picture that explains the bars’ flavor.

Creating awareness and empowering the community to combat anemia with iron-rich GudNess bars! Approximately 80% of India is anemic. More than half of maternal and fetal deaths in India are caused by anemia. Studies show that many tive skills caused by anemia. In 2011, RED tested and treated almost 5,000 women from the urban slums of Mumbai for anemia and thalassemia. Although most women there were very receptive about adding iron to their diet, they were looking for a single easy-to-eat supplement that contained enough nutrients to meet their daily iron requirement.
market to address this widespread iron-deficiency. Past programs launched by the Indian government have been unsuccessful largely because they neglected to provide nutritional guidance and sustainable long-term solutions to anemic patients. With this sense of urgency, RED iron-rich food supplement. With 14mg of iron per bar, a single GudNess bar provides the daily iron requirement. Our current production model allows us to manufacture up to 4,000 GudNess bars per day at capacity. We strive to obtain all the ingredients domestically; our grains are bought from regional wholesalers. A local nutritionist concocts and measures the nutritional content of the bars, which are then packaged individually. The bars are distributed through rented tempo services to schools and grocery stores around Mumbai. Each GudNess bar costs Rs. 10, equivalent to US$0.20. To eliminate overhead costs of storage, we work on a “make-to-order” model where we start the production after we have received confirmation orders of the bars from vendors and schools. RED's initiatives have largely been funded by the Swearer Center of Brown University and supported by the Indian government. Our organization has also been featured in Navabharat Times, Sakaal Times and the Watson Institute's Global Conversation Blog.
