Winches 1ADW-09, 1ADW-10 1ADW-09 Designed for gate valves and sliding shutters relocation in the air flow control system of main ventilation fan units, and for hoisting and relocation the freight on the surface, where the fixed positioning of installation is required.
1ADW-10 Winch 1VW-10 is designed for conveyor belts tension and for moving various freights on the ground in gas and dust hazardous mines, as well as for lifting and relocating the freight on the surface. Winches are produced on the basis of cone-worm special lift reducer CWSLR-160 and open gear transmition, distant control with automatic brakes on the worm-screw of the reducer, independent manual control of the starting mechanism according to the preset program , great pulling force if low weight.

Auxiliary winches AW-25 Designed for descending and hoisting equipment and materials on inclined to 30 ° workings of coal mines of any category, including gas and dust hazardous mines. Distinctive feature of the construction is the automatic brake closing in case of a power cutout, and the presence of friction, allowing smoothly adjust the speed. The winch is distinct in a large pulling force, high speed and coiling length at relatively low engine capacity.
AWU-25 Peculiarity of the construction is speed adjustment and smooth descending. It is equipped with belt brakes, automatic brake freight closing and puller HMP-4.
AW-45 Designed for transportation of mined rock in straightway workings of coal mines, including gas and/or dust hazardous mines. The winch consists of a drum with a reducer, two hand brakes (brake and clutch) and mechanical brake, mounted on a common frame. The design allows to adjust the rotational speed of the drum via a clutch on a carrier of the planetary gear and handbrake on the drum. Winch’s reducer is doubleprofile. High-speed stage is a double-profile parallel-shaft reducer in one-piece housing. The winch is slow moving.

AW-45.01 An improved version of the winch AW-45 with the reducer by NORD (Germany), which provides an optimum torque at the output. It is reliable, and has reduced noise level. It is capable to withstand substantial overloads both radial and axial. Due to this the winch can operate reliably under periodic and permanent loads at different temperature conditions. The advantages of the new construction AW-45.01 • Compact construction of the drive; • Easy installation (mounting and dismounting) of engine and reducer; • Long life reducer’s bearings - more than 100, 000 hours; • High reliability and overload capacity, service factor - 2.5; • Modular (monobloc) reducer construction, absence of mating surfaces and minimization the possibility of oil leakage respectively.

The winch can be used to move cargo without independent moving in the workings sloping up to 10 °, and also during shunting work to haul up railway lowsided cars on horizontal sections of loading points. The winch can be used at sites where there is enough electrical general purpose industrial equipment according to safety rules. Electric scraper winches SW Are designed to deliver loosened mined rock of underground development of natural resources, they are also used at opencut mining and are means of storage mechanization of bulk and lump materials. To-and-fro motion of a scraper is carried out by switching on and off the working and idler drum by handbrake of planetary reducers. To activate the working drum it is necessary to tight the corresponding brake with operating engine, thus the rope winds on the working drum, that causes the movement of loaded scraper. At the same time a rope feeds off from an idle drum. The scraper moves by means of variable turning on of the brake of working and idle drums’ planetary reducers in the right direction.
