About Me I am a creative graphic designer and illustrator born and raised in Southern California. I have been drawing and painting since the ripe old age of three and later on found my infatuation with graphic design. When I’m not creating or being a visual problem solver I love playing guitar, reading about creepy things and lip syncing to Beyonce while dancing in front of my bedroom mirrors– microphone brush in hand.

Nike Skate Tour Nike Skate Tour was a 15 week school project done in collaboration with Nike, LCAD was a school chosen by Nike to do a sponsored studio with. The assignment was to act as if skateboarding was an Olympic event and to make an experience surrounding it. Working in a team of 3, we created a digital and physical experience for fans and skaters at the 2016 Rio Olympics. In this project we designed an interactive tour that takes skaters through the streets of Rio de Janeiro; we envisioned taking the status quo of current skateboarding competitions and flipping it upside down by hosting a street skate event.

Newport Beach Film Festival A mobile site created for the 2013 Newport Beach Film Festival gives users the ability to view trailers and learn more about featured films. Users are also able to explore event venues and activities throughout the festival week, read information about films, view show times and purchase tickets. Each page gives users easy accessible contact information and the ability to share via social networking.

Morbid History Morbid History App tells the story of serial killers and criminals from all over the world and from various points in history while learning about the techniques used to track down each killer. Upon choosing the criminal, users have the ability to read about the criminal’s life and the entire history of their crimes. Users are also able to learn about victims, their locations and see a 360 degree view of crime scenes.

Development WHY ARE YOU DOING IT? I love morbid history and I know I’m not the only one. There is a fascination with the bizarre, unusual and creepy. Bring it into physical geography, it’s real it happened- and you’re standing where it took place. HOW DID YOU THINK OF IT? I really love serial killers and I was disappointed there wasn’t one cohesive app that had all the information I want. Nor the information on locations of killings I wanted to know. WHAT ARE THE OPPORTUNITIES? A detailed look inside serial killers, their lives, their victims, and their crime route. The research for photos, documents, history and locations is all completed for the user.

Slurpee App Slurpee app was a pitch to 7-11 corporate. The goal was to create a visually fun and unique experience, while still following the brand guidelines of Slurpee. It focused on dynamic UX and UI to engage and gain new consumers. Designs for the pitch showcase the areas of the animated home screen, Find A Slurpee, Rewards and Flavors.

ANASTASIO MODA Anastasio Moda is a brand focused on NFL accessory merchandise. I was responsible for creating catalogs, tech packs, and rendered vector illustrations all while meeting tight deadlines, and keeping with the detailed standards and requirements of the NFL.

T–MOBILE Updating T-Mobile’s mobile website while maintaining style and brand was a challenge. Using their existing desktop layout as a reference, I redesigned their mobile site to work better on a small device, incorporate multi-touch gestures, media consumption and GPS.

Hurley Over the course of three months, Hurley ICONS were separated into groups and were given different challenges to help the Hurley Brand. Our group was given the task to bring a new outerwear strategy that would double the business and strengthen the brand. Phantom charge was inspired by youth connection to the digital age. Through extensive research we discovered powerfelt. Power felt has the ability to create an electric current caused by the difference in temperature between the body and outside climate. The utilization of this fabric in was a great solution to a challenge, and empowered youth on the go wearing Hurley merchandise. It’s ability to create an electric current based of temperature difference between body temperature and surrounding climate fell in perfectly with the Hurley consumer and youth on the go.
