The delight of the cosmoplitan. A place reveals the fusion of western and eastern culture. East meets West. The Victoria Harbour splits the CBD of Hong Kong into two halves-Tsim Sha Tsui and Central. Excellent night harbour view along the coast. The left side of the site is denser in population and buildings than that in the right side area. Crowds mainly come from the denser to less dense. The site in between is thus the buffer zone. It provides a transition area.
