Exclusive Co-Marketing Collection for
Sandstone Family Dentistry The following proposal is a special exclusive collection and product selection for the Sandstone Family Dentistry located in Potsdam, NY. The goal of this collection is to decorate the newly built Sandstone Family Dentist office with custom quality artwork from Natalie’s Studio and donate to charity. The artwork will convey to the Dentists’ clients their love and commitment to family and the local community as well as introduce Natalie’s Studio photography to their client base. We will also use this event as an opportunity to donate to Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley to support a local charity both businesses believe in. My hope is that this experience will not only provide beautiful artwork, donations to charity and exposure for our businesses; but also be the beginning of a mutually beneficial local business relationship.

Natalie’s Studio will be donating the time, expertise and products of the following in an effort to give back to local community and support Sandstone Family Dentistry. This collection will include the following:
Customized In Studio Mini Sessions Value $1100
(11 mini sessions at $100 each)
Dates Available: October 14th October 28th October 29th
Each hygienist, assistant and receptionist will receive a 15 minute in studio mini session on a designated date. All can bring either their immediate family or their grandchildren or a pet. Includes one outfit only. Sessions will be held at the studio in order to accommodate the 11 employees in a timely fashion. Sessions will be a sample of what the studio has to offer but each employee will have the opportunity to have a professional and fun family portrait taken.
Customized Outdoor Mini Sessions Value $450
(3 mini sessions at $150 each)
Dates Available: October 12th October 13th October 18th
Each dentist will receive a 20 minute outdoor session at Ives park on a designated date. All can bring either their immediate family or their grandchildren or a pet. Includes one outfit only. Sessions will be held at Ives Park to incorporate scenes from Potsdam and the roots of Sandstone Family Dentistry. Sessions will be a sample of what the studio has to offer but each dentist will have the opportunity to have a professional and fun outdoor family portrait taken. Outdoor portraits will focus more on a casual and fun look.

Natalie’s Studio will photograph the Sandstone Family Dentistry team at one location of their choice for a group business photo on a designated date. (All employees must be present and dressed in office attire at the designated time.)
Provided Products Natalie’s Studio will donate the following products to Sandstone Family Dentistry for their use to display and promote their business. All products will include a small watermark of the Natalie’s Studio logo or copyright. The Sandstone Family Dentistry logo can be added upon request.

Value $150 Natalie’s Studio will also donate a digital image slideshow of the images that can be used for promotion for Sandstone Family Dentistry.
Three 24 by 30 custom (sound proofed) canvases will be donated for the waiting room. Images will be chosen by the dentists and will include a small logo.
Social Files Value $200 Although Natalie’s Studio does not offer digital files as a regular product, we will provide 20 small resolution watermarked files to be used for promotion. They can appear on screen savers, social media and websites (These files are not to be printed in any way and for any reason. If images are needed for print please contact the studio.)
How to Pick your portraits The 3 primary dentists will be invited back to the studio to view the images and choose which will be displayed in the office. Once that meeting has taken place; all the images will be made available for you to view via an online gallery. If employees would like to purchase any from the session they are welcome to do so. Simply call the studio and we can help you with your order by phone or make an appointment. If images will be displayed in the office you may take advantage of the special offers in this co-marketing guide.
