Updates DCM
In case you didn’t know, DCMs are Divisional Council Meetings. They’re held monthly and all the officers from the division are invited. Monthly updates between clubs and bonding between the division will happen and our first one will happen July 28th at 5pm CST! If you aren’t able to attend please message me.

This is so I am able to easily get in contact with officers and if there were any changes since the last time you have sent your info please message me again so we can always be in contact. RTC
RTC is an acronym of Regional Training conference. This year Division 23 will be partnering with other Region 11 divisions! The purpose of this conference is to help inform and guide the new or returning officers of key clubs in region 11. Ours will be on Saturday, September 24th, 2022 at Cedars International Next Generation High School 6700 Middle Fiskville Road l Austin, Texas 78999 Make sure you save the date and I can't wait to see y'all there!

MAJOR EMPHASIS
UNICEF
Thirst project hopes to educate the next generation by arming students with information about how they can be a part of social change, make a difference and encourage others to join in the effort.
UNICEF is the only organization of the United tions dedicated exclusively to children. Working h other United Nations bodies, governments and n-governmental organizations, UNICEF helps to provide for children’s needs in more than 150 eveloping countries through community-based rvices in primary health care, basic education and safe water and sanitation.
March of Dimes
Since the 1940s, Key Clubs have worked with March of Dimes to make a positive impact in the lives of babies everywhere. Today, Kiwanis members continue that culture of service by supporting the March of Dimes all year long by hosting service projects, raising funds and educating communities about the crisis of preterm birth.
Children's Miracle Network Members work together by sponsoring fundraising events and conducting service projects at their local children's hospitals. Contact your local CMN hospital and invite a representative to a club meeting to share ideas and create a partnership.

Project Happiness inspires and empowers club members to create greater happiness within The mission of Erika's Lighthouse is to themselves and their communities make sure no young person feels alone by addressing bullying problems in their depression. This nonprofit at their core. The Key Club Guide organization encourages good mental health and strives to break down the to Project Happiness shares stigma surrounding mental health exercises, discussions, games, and issues. Erika's Lighthouse is dedicated to tools based on neuroscienc, creating a community of empathy and positive psycholog, and education and has resources and mindfulness to retire the brain programs for students and educators, for happiness. grades 4-12. Want to make an impact and have fun while doing it? Looking for a service project that you can complete from the comfort of your bedroom? Key Club has partnered with Schoolhouse to bring free tutoring to thousands of learners across the world. If you're interested in learning something new, or you're interested in becoming a tutor yourself, sign up today! Landscape Structures (LSI) has joined Kiwanis International as a vision partner to bring play to communities across the globe. LSI is proud to provide high-quality commercial playground equipment and planning consultation services that reflect the high 6 degree of integrity that Kiwanis clubs expect.
KIWANIS FAMILY Aktion Club is the only service club for adults with disabilities. Members develop confidence and self-esteem by adopting leadership roles within their clubs. They also discover their own talents as they use them to help others.
Builders Club, designed for middle school students, encourages members to focus their passion and energy on serving others. They learn self-confidence and become tomorrow’s leaders through teamwork, goal-setting and action.
K-Kids is where elementary school students begin developing their hearts for service. This student-led service leadership program builds leadership skills and strong moral character while giving students an opportunity to participate in service projects.

Circle K International is the world’s largest student-led service organization for college students. Now in 19 nations, this group is among the most passionate of Kiwanis-family members when it comes to service.

Key Club is a growing organization with global reach. With 1000s of clubs in more than 38 countries, the impact of Key Club members can be felt all over the world.High school student members of Key Club perform acts of service in their communities, such as cleaning up parks, collecting clothing and organizing food drives. They also learn leadership skills by running meetings, planning projects and holding elected leadership positions at the club, district and international levels.
