Please come and see new work by Juan Pablo Garza at Less Space in Warehouse 416, as a part of Oakland Art Murmur. The exhibit will be on view on Friday, February 5th from 6-9, Saturday, February 6th from 1-5, and Monday, February 8th from 6-9pm.
Juan Pablo Garza is an established artist who currently lives in Miami, Florida. His work has been shown in countries all over the world including Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Canada, United States, Spain, and Holland. He has been selected for a residency at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. His exhibition Reforma del Ahora (Al Borde, Maracaibo, 2012) was reviewed in ArtForum by the curator Sofía Hernández Chong Cuy as one of the best shows of the year.
