FIRE Remain CALM and do not panic STEP 1

Do not approach the fire.

STEP 2

Locate the nearest emergency exit out of the building and follow the instructions by the Security Department.

STEP 3

Do not use the elevators during the evacuation, use stairs only.

STEP 4

Follow the instructions by the Security Department to find the assembly area.

STEP 5

Do NOT enter the building to collect your personal belongings.

STEP 6

Stay within the assembly area until an all-clear sign has been given by an authorized person.

EARTHQUAKE Remain CALM and do not panic STEP 1

Remain where you are.

STEP 2

Stay away from windows or glass objects and get next to the sofa or bed. Hold the position until the ground stops shaking.

STEP 3

If you are at the corridor, lie and face down.

If you are in the elevator or staircase, exit to the nearest floor, lie and face down.

STEP 5

Do not exit the building until instructed by the Security Department.

STEP 6

If you are outside, stay away from the building, locate and find the assembly area.

STEP 7

Wait for instructions and follow orders given by security staff or the rescue team.
