PROject details Sophie’s at Sak’s Fifth Avenue San Juan, PUERTO RICO Sophie’s offers globally influenced yet decidedly American and Puerto Rican cuisine in a luxurious intimate setting featuring a cocktail bar, open kitchen and private dining area. Working closely with Julie Babcock of Chipman Design, customized molds were developed to produce continuous, multi-use panels, where the shapely pattern flows seamlessly. This gracefully designed, kiln formed glass, enhances Echo’s elegant reputation and curvaceous appeal. Echo Glass is brightly visible from both sides, and is the newest creation from Nathan Allan’s endless reservoir of exclusive, high end, decorative glass products.
