DANERKIVE MUSEUM
Competition for the Danerkive Museum in Germany realized at COBE
Project realized at COBE, Copenhagen
Competition for the Danerkive Museum in Germany year October 2021
DANERKI VE MUSEUM
with Birk Folke Daugaard Tonny Jensen Alberte Danvig Andreas Lyngsoe
Danevirk’s long wall and earth rampart continues as far as the eye through the magnificent landscape. The starting point for the new museum is very much this historic landscape. The building is located the beautiful woodland edge and angled towards various lines of sight andframing historic views towards the ramparts. The main rampart directly ahead, the Gate of the North and Valdemars Wall in the distance. The building is gently pushed into the landscape with respect for the historic ramparts. In this way the building becomes a natural extension to the horizontal landscape and an unobtrusive part of it. By virtue of a fine view from the ramparts to the museum and the experience of from within is dramatised. As in an archaeological excavation, we brush ourselves, from the museum to the existing landscape. The landscape transition from the museum to the surrounding landscape should look as natural as possible. It’s the story out there that will be exhibited in the building. Therefore we should not change too much on the landscape, which lives so well on its own. You have to see and feel the history, both when you arrive and when you enter the museum. The landscape around the museum mimics the old fortifications and their design. The feeling of standing in a historic landscape thus starts when you look out of the museum’s large windows. The landscape comes very close. By mimicking the nature of the ramparts and we preserve the atmosphere that Danevirke exudes. The man-made ramparts, the wide open spaces and the exposed landscape, where wind and weather can be felt. When the building is pushed right back to the edge of the forest, we create a place of arrival in front of the building, allowing us to create a roof that gently and creates a very special interaction. It creates the necessary distance to the rampart, preserving the important lines of sight - especially from the arrival area and to and from the rampart.

THE TERRITORIAL NETWORK
THE TERRITO RI AL NETWO RK
From the Gironde Estuary to the Industrial and Territorial Ecology of Bassens, France
Final year project with honours and congratulations from the jury Project proposed to EUROPAN 16, France The Industrial and Territorial Ecology project is born of the pooling of industrial equipment and natural resources available along the Gironde estuary. It allows the relationship between the different industrial port terminals and their territory and the landscapes that are specific to them to be reconsidered. A system with several timeframes, this territorial network generates the regeneration of the existing industrial fabric while linking it with its geographical identity. The aim is to generate situations and uses that are based on research and experimentation. This living laboratory, on the scale of the Estuary, is applied through the city of Bassens and its industrial-port area. Within the framework of the «Living Cities» theme of the EUROPAN 16 competition, we aim to project a symbiosis between biodiversity belonging to the various landscape entities that border the site and the industrial heritage. Vegetated connections called radials are intended to break the various boundaries of the site, in particular those between the river quay and the area, as well as between the inhabited plateau and the industrial area. These biodiversity corridors are accompanied by urban polarities defined as villages that cling to the morphology of the site and are intended to amplify existing situations that depend on obvious proximities. We mention the three villages that we are setting up: the residence; responding to a proximity of the residential area and welcoming researchers, students, workers and families, the research and mutualised design centre; aiming to operate the transition of the industrial tool towards a circular economic model based on the natural resources of the estuary and finally the resilience laboratory; focused on the theme of recycling and shared production. The strategy of the territorial web develops on the Gironde Estuary, a multitude of uses which function in network in a logic of cooperation and innovations while federating the territory of the Gironde Estuary as well as the city of Bassens.

with Théo Anorga Warren Louis-Marie ( working at Snøhetta Paris).
One of the most interesting thing we understood from the site owner’s brief was the preservation of the natural ground. Obviously, hundred of people walking on the site has a consequent impact for the environnement’s quality. That’s why we wanted to offer an object that has a minimal architectural impact and footprint. However, small footprint doesn’t mean small project. Actually, concieve a «totem» on such a site needs a radical constructive approach, mostly if it will be coupled with programmatic function. So comes the idea of «crossing building» based on catenary and truss system, which allows us to partially land foundation on site. Also , in a very symbolic way, we chose to place the major part of the program above the fault between both the Eurasian & the Norht-American tectonic plates. It’s important to notice that the roofing of the amenities is totally disconnected from the tower element, built on the center of the crossing. However, the two architectural devices : The «cave» , that hosts the program and the «pinnacle» appear as they are only one single strange object in the Icelandic landscape. In a way, the building questions duality, related to the site’s caracteristics, and how architecture could be used a catalistic and a purely man-made sculpture.

with Théo Anorga
We are witnessing a contemporary issue: formerly industrial towns are undergoing restructuring. The use of buildings and usable plots are uncertain. In addition, we are witnessing societal changes that are constantly redefining our lifestyles. We can use as an example the limit between living space such as the apartment and the workplace which is becoming more and more blurry. The Pleyel district is part of an urban complex undergoing reconversion,we find the Lumières Pleyel lead by Snøhetta, the bridge building lead by Marc Mimrman, and the Kengo Kuma agency station. It is part of the 2024 Olympics Games project. Our study focuses on the Pleyel Tower, currently located on a wasteland island plot. This old office tower is the subject of a hotel rehabilitation project 4-star Deluxe lead by architect Sretchko Markovic. Nevertheless we wish to offer another vision for this tower which is the first load-bearing facade in corten steel of France. Thus our proposal aims to rehabilitate this tour through vertical atrium by linking the Pleyel tower to a new tower. This process allows us to create real vertical neighborhoods composed of streets, making references to urban scales.

Tiny House competition 2020 organized by
Individual housing. Tiny house for artists. year April 2020
LANDSCAPE BOX
with Théo Anorga
As an individual evolving in an increasingly urbanized society, the question that arises is that of a return to nature. As an artist, as a person, the need to escape is a variable to be taken into account in the design of housing that directly influences practices and ways of living. The landscape Box’s goal, due to its spaces, is to open up the home to an outside environment like a painting that can be observed from inside while being accessible in an instant. What we want to create with the Landscape Box project is a 32 square meter Tiny House housing made up of two strips. The objective being to develop with the first, on the front, a free room that is capable, useful, and customizable as desired by its user. You can work there, rest, set up a real home. The purpose of this generic space is to allow the user to benefit from a free space without constraints that he can experience as he wishes. The second strip is a functional strip, apparently contained within the thickness of a wall. The Tiny House is no longer simply a small house inducing many spatial constraints but a room to compose. From the thickness of this «functional block», its functions are available, a real toolbox for the inhabitant. Its walls, in wood and coated with natural fibers, are adaptable to allow customization of the unit whose functions and elements are on demand: bed, storage, bathroom, kitchen and finally living room in connection with the main strip. We even observe a change of materiality within the different spaces of this block which reflects the treatment of all the rooms of the classic house. Designed to be modular, this Landscape Box can be assembled quickly and is suitable for all users. This project, a real artist’s residence created for musicians, painters, photographers, writers or sculptors, is an individual accommodation with the aim of immersing the user in his porch environment whatever it is. Indeed, this prototype is at the same time suitable for the mountain, the forest, the plain and in particular the proximity of the water points, (lakes, coasts, etc ...)

INDIVIDUALS... Student, worker, young couple, family, roommate? To accommodate all these users, Wood’N Station offers a variety of social housing or home ownership. A STATION... Wood’N Station aims to host many programs: housing, coworking and start-up spaces, shops, workshops and fablabs, gardens and shared spaces. The reversibility of spaces allows a mixture of uses and a constant social mix. THE CONCEPT, THE WEFT ... Our goal is to write the story of a «nomadic building» whose woven wood structure allows spaces to be reversible over time. A 4x4 m frame is called a cell. This can be multiplied or superimposed to form different types of housing. The base of shops and coworking can be changed in real time thanks to the prefabricated partitions common to the entire building. . for relaxation areas, pop-up stores, etc ...). MULTIPLE USES ... Each order is taken into account and processed by Wood’N Station technicians in a unique way through an application and a website that allow the personalization of accommodation and the temporary reservation of flexible premises. A RESPONSIBLE PROJECT .... The dry process planned for the site obtained thanks to a removable prefabricated wooden structure allows us to achieve our objectives in terms of low carbon buildings (in harmony with the concept of circular economy which is close to our heart). The adaptability of the material makes it possible to design a building that respects current and future lifestyles while concentrating all the uses necessary for daily life. The millions of possibilities offered by Wood’N Station ensure that the building is fully occupied in accordance with our economic, social and environmental object.

Designing the hamlet of the future in Alligny-en-Morvan year Janvier 2021 with Théo Anorga Timothé Dupuis
LES CHEMINS PRODUCTIFS
critic Mathieu Mercuriali Peggy Garcia
The Morvan Territory is in full development. The goal of the productive paths project is to generate significant mobilization and the implementation of actions leading to the revitalization of the different entities that make up the territory. This desire is demonstrated by a reflection on visual and landscape connections but also built that we put in place. Our vocation was to generate a route linking the hamlet of the domain of La Lime in the main town, which led us to carry out more between Les Guttes Bonin and the domain of La Chaux, in the place where meet productive paths. This set functions as a symbiotic ecosystem made up of several developments created along the way, the productive path appears. This path is adapted to the morphology, topography and landscape of the Morvan and evolves to meet future needs or practices. Indeed, the different hamlets of Alligny, do not have connections or frank links between them. This is why the theme of productive paths seems not only to federate the territory and the different fragments that compose it but offer also the possibility of self-sufficiency acquired in several stages. Work is therefore being organized to strengthen the dynamics and the importance of paths, which make it possible to deal with and organize various themes dear to the Morvan which are those of mobility, production, storage and traffic of resources, not to mention tourism. The concepts of «interstice» and «spread» appear to be predominant in the desire to register the project in accordance with respect for the environment and the concept circular economy.

SPACE + LAB
Creation of a collective to offer decoration services to individuals and reference student competition projects
Space + Lab is the result of a 3-year collaboration with my associate Theo Anorga. Creation of a collective to offer decoration services to individuals and reference student competition projects year Septembre 2019 with Théo Anorga instagram @spaceandalb
After our meeting on the benches of the Paris-Malaquais school of architecture, we decided to found this collective with the aim of listing the student competitions in which we participate. In this way, we decided to provide help to private individuals to advise them on the design and how to furnish their apartment. This operational reflection lead us to carry out more than twenty small projects in order to find solutions to space problems which range from a simple problem of custom-made furniture in order to respond to the challenges of flexibility to reconsideration. total of a space to do something else.

In accordance with the wishes of the sponsor, we have designed a warm and refined atmosphere. The materials used are mainly wood, brushed aluminum, waxed concrete and white melamine wood. We have therefore developed three major axes that we believe should be reflected in your apartment. First of all, we wanted to reveal transparency between the spaces in order to ventilate and illuminate the apartment. Also, a clear and uncluttered design according to the references given seemed to be the architectural response most conducive to flourishing in this «new place». Besides, we believe that the layout of the apartment has a potential for resilience and adaptability to the practices of today and tomorrow which suggests increasingly blurred boundaries between the workspace and the home. To do this, we are developing an open, multifunctional, renovated space with integrated furniture, from storage to the sofa, including the office. New proposals for the kitchen area make it possible to offer an adaptable module whose uses can range from teleworking to dining with friends. The compartmentalisation of a kitchen / generic space / living room sequence allows us to offer three layout proposals for this living space. These options also give us the possibility of playing with two other colors, hay beige and navy blue. The master bedroom has a new orientation and an integrated formwork allowing the creation of storage and night table included in the formwork. The bathroom grows and benefits from a pure and immaculate design thanks to the waxed concrete, its marble sink and wooden furniture reminiscent of the living room. Finally, the second bedroom is the subject of a renovation only thanks to integrated furniture, storage space and a seat.

VORONOÏ
Parametric design of one model for a brand
Parametric design on Rhino and Grasshopper year January 2021 with Clermont Fu
In mathematics, a Voronoi diagram is a tessellation (slicing) of the plane into cells (adjacent regions) from a discrete set of points called «seeds». Each cell encloses a single germ, and forms the set of points on the plane that are closer to that germ than any other. In a way, the cell represents the «zone of influence» of the germ. More generally, it represents a decomposition of a metric space into cells (adjacent regions), determined by the distances to a discrete set of objects in space, usually a discrete set of points. In plane cells are called Voronoi polygons or Thiessen polygons, and in space Voronoi polyhedra. The challenge here was to create a prosthesis using a 3d printer after a search for shapes on Rhinoceros. The goal was for the shadows of the cells to dress the body.

This project was carried out in collaboration with Clermont Fu for the creation of a brand that makes swimwear made from crocodile skins recovered from the house of Hermès.
