The re-zoning effort required the program to be under 1500 sq ft in F.A.R to provide off-street parking while not exceeding the primary resi dence building height and setback from the property line.

Schematic designs produced in Revit Architecure 2019 including producing a complete collaborative town file with each of our independant projects linked in to the cloud through Autodesk BIM 360 app which allowed us to remotly access and work collabratively on over 10 individual projects at once.
