An architect must never be complacent or unable to adabt to new technologies or ideas. For an architect, an idea is the foundation to improving life and safety for the user and the environment. Yet, an architect’s idea may never be understood without the knowlage of “This That Other”. In addition, the idea will never be successful without “Way Shape Form.”
I am an award winning senior of architectural studies at the University dergraduate degree at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. What makes me passionate about architecture is that we design spaces safety, and welfare. I believe architecture has massive potential with new technologies and materials in the 21st century. My goal in architecture is to help give everyone a home into the 21st century. Computing and the internet has transformed many industries, and I feel the modern home is at a prime place to be innovated and advanced. Almost every consumer products are designed around the home in some way. I feel that if innovation were to start in the physibased around these innovations. Enclosed is my work during my time as an undergraduate until senior year. I enjoy talking about architecture as well as listening and learning about architecture everyday. ARCHITECTURE FOR HUMANITY-DENVER DESIGNED AND FUNDRAISED AN OUTDOOR CLASSROOM FOR MUSEO DE LAS AMERICAS SUMMER CAMP (MASC) TO TEACH ART AS A TOOL FOR FOSTERING SELF-ESTEEM IN CHILDREN, AND AS A VEHICLE FOR ENCOURAGING UNDERSTANDING OF LATINO CULTURE AMONG ALL. THE MUSEO RAN OUT OF SPACE FOR THE SUMMER PROGRAM PROGRAM, AND THE PARKING LOT WAS THE ONLY SPACE IT HAD AVAILABLE. I CAME ACROSS THIS PROJECT AND VOLONTEERED MY GRAPHICS TO CREATE COMPELLING IMAGING FOR FUNDRAISING PURPOSES. THE PROJECT WAS SUCSESSFULLY FUNDRAISED AT $20,345.
