BioSteel is a high performance sports nutrition brand, recently launched, yet with a high adoption rate amongst many professional athletes in North America. What we think 1. Small is good. We work in small, specialized teams to get things done ( and we like it that way ). You’ll meet your assigned team and get involved from design through to production. 2. Clients want to talk. E-mails are nice. Phone calls are better. But nothing beats meeting up for a quick chat. Our clients get real face time, all the time. 3. Flexibility matters. Need to move a launch date forward a few days? No problem. Our size allows for snap decisions & alternate solutions without time consuming approvals. 4. So do numbers. We pay attention to best practices, whitepapers, analytics, heat-maps and usability studies. Web performance is a science, and we have lab-coats on; cool ones. 5. Enthusiasm is everything.
