public projects intern. [ 1. enright ave neighbors’ project ] helped activate a vacant LRA property as a butterfly garden + community space. [ 2. a way, away (listen while i say) ] collaborated with the project manager overseeing 4 community design + build projects. the exhibition investigated the history of vacancy + development in st. louis.

URBAN HARVEST STL

urban agriculture intern. tended to and harvested crops at uhstl’s network of urban farms in st. louis city.

ECOBLOCK

intern. nonprofit startup looking to create a form-based code for net positive energy development in st. louis. responsible for preliminary ecoblock website design. conducted informational interviews with knowledgeable individuals in chicago, il + detroit, mi to help determine the feasibility of community-engaged, net positive development in an postindustrial city.

[ 2017 ] director of “putt putt for north side”, a fundraiser with and for the north side community school (nscs). the free, public event was attended by over 120 people and raised over $4.3 k in 2017. [ 2016 ] partnered with nscs to raise funds for a formalized leveled-reading program for students below grade-level. collaborated with chi omega through thurtene carnival to raise $11 k to successfully introduce the program in the fall of 2016.
