From the Editor - what does membership of a trade association do for your business?
S
mall businesses, especially those in a trade, are run on their reputation. Public perception of your business is highly important. Being part of a trade body or association can enhance your company's reputation, reassuring potential customers of your credibility and providing a reason to choose you over your competitors. These days, thanks to increased media coverage and property and home improvement programmes, homeowners are far more particular about who they employ and what they expect for their money. Customers are increasingly encouraged to check for membership of leading industry organisations when hiring a tradesman. Faced with a bewildering array of companies to choose from, many make a trade association their first port of call, as they know it is the quick and easy way to find a list of reliable, trustworthy and vetted tradesmen. Homeowners also look for the reassurance that, in the unlikely event of something going wrong, there is an organisation that they can contact for assistance. How to make membership of a trade association work for you The National Carpet Cleaners Association stands for professionalism, integrity and high working standards. All NCCA members should be proud of their achievement in obtaining membership and
the criteria that they have had to meet to join. Nicky Law Do not underestimate the Newslink Editor impact and credibility that goes hand-in-hand with belonging to a National government-recognised trade industry body. You will be pleased to know that displaying the NCCA logo is an important factor in a potential customer's decision to contact your company. This is fact! I receive many comments from members of the public who feel much more confident in employing a company with some form of credentials, considering all the horror stories they have heard. So I would ask you to ponder on this‌ ask yourself if you are utilising your membership to the full in your promotional material, and in your conversations with clients. No doubt you have the NCCA logo on your van. But do you also use the logo or make mention of the Association on your adverts, business cards, survey forms, invoices and every other piece of paper that ends up in the hands of your prospective customer? If not, you really should. Although it's not a legal requirement to be a member of a trade association it really does help in reassuring your customers. Be proud of your NCCA membership and promote it at every available opportunity.

trust that you are about to settle down and enjoy the numerous articles in this month's edition of Newslink. The feedback that we generally get from the members is that there is always something that catches the eye. From the articles covering cleaning techniques and fabric/fibre compositions, to the stories told by the intrepid 'stoneman' - who writes with passion, not only about the cleaning processes, but also about the origination of stone and the places that he has visited to build up his knowledge - there is always something to entertain and/or educate us. So‌ have you ever thought about writing for Newslink? If you fancy expanding your repertoire, why not put 'pen to paper' and add 'author of published article' to your skillset. Don't worry if you feel your writing skills are not up to the job, as all articles undergo an editing process before they are included If you think you'd like to contribute but don't know where to start, here is a list of suggestions: 1) Narrative of events experienced within a particular job undertaken - this could include humorous incidents, disasters, successes, problems you have experienced and possibly how you managed to put things right. 2) Advice to other members in a particular area of work, based on your experience. 3) A narrative of your progress within the industry, from initial start-up to present day (this could perhaps even be produced in a diary style format). 4) Problems you have experienced which, when

published, will be opened up to the rest of the readership with the aim of a reply with a possible solution. 5) How you may feel that the changing economic climate, in recent years, has affected your business and in what way. 6) Snippety bits - poems, words of wisdom, quotes and advice... Contributions can be regular, or simply a one-off, it's entirely up to you. We endeavour to publish all editorial received and all contributions will, of course, display your name as the author. What we need from YOU is the knowledge and stories you undoubtedly have. So‌ what are you waiting for?

Client trust
NCCA Library
Trust is an important part of any relationship. So, as a business, how can you ensure that trust in your company is established and maintained? 1. Tell it like it is - be completely honest and transparent in all your dealings with clients. Don't use spin to give a false impression, sincerity is vital. 2. Admit and correct mistakes - mistakes are sometimes unavoidable, the important thing is to admit when the fault is your own and make amends. 3. Constantly make improvements - provide your clients with plenty of opportunities to give feedback and, where possible, make improvements. Clients will feel more confident that you have the ability to meet their changing needs. 4. Keep your promises - make sure that you deliver the results you have promised. Once again, if mistakes happen, be accountable. 5. Treat everyone equally - treat all your clients with genuine respect and consideration, regardless of who they are or how much money they spend. If you put into practice some of the things above, you will find that you also become more efficient, saving yourself and your clients more time and money. This will further ensure that consumers come to know your business as trustworthy. The fact is that trust, when gained, is priceless to a business. You need to be at the stage where your clients can't afford to lose you.

once spoke to someone who professed that he could maintain a really good carpet and upholstery cleaning business using only three products. Now before you all rush to tell me “well, I only use three products and so on, let me tell you that I am not necessarily completely dismissing this claim. However I would say that, if this does apply to you, you should be very selective in the products that you use and, most of all, fully understand them. Our cleaning solutions are just lubricants to assist the emulsification and break down of soil. However, I do not believe it is possible to read or listen to the hype about certain products and then purchase them expecting them to work no matter what. Practice and education is paramount in the use of the cleaning solutions you have in your vehicle. Talk to the people that sell you the product and learn the best way to use it, read technical articles that explain procedures, attend educational seminars and, whilst there, talk to others that use the products and learn from their mistakes and successes. We use various techniques and procedures to treat spots or stains and how we deal with their
removal very much depends on the type of fabric, fibres, construction of the item to be cleaned and, indeed, the nature of the stain. There are many variables. For instance a stain may be wet or dry, compound (both wet and dry) or hardened. On some surfaces you may not be able to use techniques such as scraping or tamping. A stain may be better rinsed from a loosely woven fabric than from one that is tightly woven such as printed cotton, but a tightly woven fabric will withstand treatment such as tamping more successfully. It is common to use a brush with bristle that is not too stiff, to remove dried stains and spots. Some spots, such as those formed of dried mud, may be completely removed by brushing. More
often brushing is only the first step and, indeed, would need to be followed up by vacuuming. I have a variety of brushes that I use in spot and stain removal including a toothbrush, nail brush, paint brushes of various sizes (these are used for application more than anything else) and, of course, several hand brushes ranging from soft and absorbent to hard bristle. All have their uses, but none should be used too harshly because of possible damage to the item being worked upon. Rinsing is used to remove loosened staining and any residue from the stain removal agent. This is an important step in the process because if any cleaning solutions are left in the fabric or carpet they may cause additional staining or even damage the item. When rinsing a stain you will need to control the flow of water carefully. For the really small soils you may want to rinse with something as simple as an eyedropper and blot with kitchen paper. If you are carrying out spot or stain removal in a small area then a hairdryer is a necessity. If the area is dried before you leave then, if there was to be a wick back, this would show and you can rerinse. This reduces the possibility of a call-back. Of course if you leave soil-attracting residue in the item, such as cleaning solution or even the original soil, then this will not be seen until days later and
you will inevitably be called back to the rectify the problem. Cleaning solutions are, of course, very important and I have personally found that I certainly need a variety of products to cover most situations. Unfortunately I have not yet found a 'one product does everything' solution. Of course, some products will only be required now and again and you could be forgiven for not having these in your arsenal. My only problem with this is that, when faced with not being able to remove a stain or improve on it (because you haven't got the right product), you then have tell your client that you've done all you can and walk away. So maybe buying a kit for all eventualities is not such a bad idea after all. Don't forget though that you need to learn how to use your products properly. So, if your cleaning solution supplier doesn't offer spot and stain removal training then please remember that the NCCA definitely do. Our idea is that you bring your kit along to the course (although don’t worry too much if you don’t already have a comprehensive one) and we show you how to use it properly, together with teaching you stain removal techniques and procedures. The NCCA run two spot and stain removal courses every year, so come why not come along and learn something new.

or any carpet and upholstery cleaning business one of the major considerations and costs is transportation. The company vehicle needs to be sizeable enough to store cleaning equipment, and most people come to the decision that the ideal solution is to purchase a van for this purpose (which is then suitably sign written of course). I would like to offer an alternative to a van for consideration, one that I used myself for many years which was cheaper and served me well‌ how about a box trailer? At the time my children were small and our requirements called for a suitable vehicle that would accommodate the family as well as my work within the business. We already had a motor-caravan, which we decided to use for the company, but it wasn't an ideal solution because loading it up with cleaning equipment and chemicals obviously presented a risk of damage to the interior.

A box trailer is a cheaper, yet just as efficient, alternative to a van
So I decided to look at the various sorts of trailers that were available. I wanted twin axles (this was a bonus if/when I had a puncture‌ I could run with three wheels), a spare wheel (fitted inside) and also brakes (not all trailers have an independent braking system). Eventually I found one that perfectly fitted my requirements. So what were the pluses and minuses to using a trailer? The positive side: 1) At the end of the day I could unhitch it and roll it into a locked garage so that everything was safe and secure.
2) The sides, triangular front panels and rear shutter door could be sign written. 3) When I wanted to change my vehicle I could do so and still use the trailer with the replacement vehicle, all I needed was a suitable tow bar to be fitted. 4) It looked as professional as using a van. The negative side: 1) I had to make sure that I had enough room to park at the property I was working at. However, this was never really actually a big issue as I could always unhitch the trailer and roll it into the customer's driveway.
2) I had to have a strict regime of security (but we should all have one with a van anyway) which meant making sure the trailer was locked onto the tow bar of the vehicle, wherever possible, and the rear door was locked at all times. 3) I had to remember that I had my trailer hitched to the car‌ it did have the effect of slowing my driving down (all-in-all probably a good thing). I used my trailer(s) for approximately fifteen years before moving on to a van, during which time they served me well. My only reason for moving to a van was the fact my car was a Range Rover at the time which was about to cost me in tax for its private use. Since I have (supposedly) retired I have returned to the

trailer system, albeit a rather smaller version. For the odd jobs I do it suffices very well. Believe it or not, I carry two portable machines in it at all times plus chemicals, hoses and sprays… the other bits and pieces go into the boot of my car. I have to admit to some rather unexpected events while using my original box trailers and I would like to share them with you if I may. On one occasion, whilst towing my trailer through a Leicestershire village, I ran over a rather large, and deep, pothole in the road. Imagine my surprise to suddenly see my trailer overtaking me on the left hand side of the vehicle… and on the pavement too! It came to a sudden, and brief, stop when it encountered a shop window with a rather large bang, crash and a tinkle; it then proceeded to reverse down the pavement back the way it had come increasing in speed as it went! I stopped the car jumped out and ran after the runaway trailer to stop it. This was my first ever box trailer and it didn't have a locking device to fix the tow ball to the hitching point… the braking cable had snapped off under the strain! Thanks to a good insurance company it was all sorted out very quickly. These days' chains have replaced the cable and a locking mechanism is standard on most trailers. Another exciting moment occurred late one afternoon. I had finished work at a remote house down a narrow country lane; it was a very cold day, the temperature was well below zero and there was an inch or so of snow on the ground. Whilst I had been working, the brakes had frozen solid on the trailer so I had to literally drag it onto

a straight section of the country road. I put my Range Rover into its lower set of gears and set it off in first gear very slowly along the road in a straight line. Once I was happy I hopped out of the car whilst it continued on down the road on its own, I ran back to the trailer and was able to kick the wheels to free them off… thankfully the poor weather conditions meant there was little traffic on the road! As I said right at the beginning of this article, a trailer is a viable alternative to consider. Above issues aside (these sort of things happen to me a lot, trailer or no trailer), it certainly worked for me. Have fun…

The decision to go floor sanding only was made when the benefits of dust free machinery became obvious and, by marketing this idea, the company grew to thirteen outlets across Ireland. In 2011 Ultimate Floor Sanding entered the UK market using an Affiliate network strategy, recruiting and training existing floor maintenance experts in floor sanding and then going on to
promote and support them with the aid of a leading German supplier of machines and floor finishing products. Their UK operation is now larger than the Irish one but they still have territories available and are keen to meet anyone who thinks they may like to add floor sanding to their existing business. The Fibre Care Specialist training course is considered amongst the most challenging in the industry. Those trainees that successfully complete the course and meet the WoolSafe membership criteria are invited to join our global network of WoolSafe Approved Service Providers (WASPs). There are now hundreds of WASPs around the world. They are promoted to carpet owners on the WoolSafe and CleanSeal websites and the award-winning WoolSafe Carpet Stain Cleaning Guide App. WASPs are recommended by industry bodies such as the British Wool Marketing Board and Wools of New Zealand, retail buying groups, independent retailers as well as countless quality carpet manufacturers. Visit the WoolSafe stand to find out more about the training we offer and how to be part of our expanding global network of WASPs. www.woolsafe.org www.woolsafeacademy.org www.CleanSealApproved.com If you would like to exhibit at this year’s event, please call NCCA Corporate Director, Allan Simmons, on: 01405 813665 or email: allanjnr@getbookedup.com

A little white lye
Terry Guilford (The Ultimate Floor Sanding Co.)
O
kay, so it's a terrible pun, but cut me some slack, it's 7am and I am already on my second train of the day heading towards 'sunny' Manchester from Cambridge. In all probability, unless you know something about wood flooring, you won't even get the reference… so I'll explain. Did you ever see a picture of a pristine Scandinavian house, large open plan configuration, simple furniture… stunning Nordic blonde (sorry, I went off on a bit of a tangent there), anyway the floor it all sits on (damn! that blonde keeps coming back) is very often extremely pale, sometimes pine, sometimes oak but nearly always’ bleached-out’ looking. To achieve that look fully, you must use lye (so now you think it's a great pun… okay you still don't, fair enough) and as it is currently very 'in vogue' it's worth knowing a little about it. Lye is a caustic type substance used to remove the orange hue from timber, particularly flooring. Without the use of lye the strong orange tints in the timber tend to come through whatever white tint you put on the wood at a later stage, particularly on some pines that have resinous streaks in them. There are two types, softwood lye and hardwood lye, depending on the wood species they are going to be used on. The lye is normally applied after sanding the floor fully (quite often the floor is left a little rougher than usual so more of

page 22
the white oil or stain is left in the wood at the later stage), it is left to work and is then mopped up or extracted after whatever time is prescribed by the manufacturer. You will notice that the liquid has turned 'yellowy', indicating that the product has done its job in bleaching out the strong colours. Once the product has been removed you must neutralise the wood with clean water, extract, and then let the floor dry out thoroughly in order to negate the risk of contaminating later products. What you do next depends on what the client has specified, but here are the options. A strictly Scandinavian approach is to white oil the floor, followed by the application of a soap treatment. This suits dry, cold countries where a certain degree of wear and tear is not only tolerated but actually embraced, but it doesn't really suit the UK climate or attitude. The maintenance of this finish
is relatively easy in that you use the same soap to clean it, but this needs doing a little more frequently than most people want. A more modern approach, that achieves a similar look but is easier to keep, is white-tinted catalysed oil. These catalysed products are far more durable and stain resistant than simple one component oils and yet still have key advantages over lacquers in terms of sustainability and practicality. For those who really want a surface build lacquer type product (count me out), it is usual to stain the floor white and then apply the finish over the top of the stain. This method does give slightly more control over the depth of white that can be achieved (not white enough then tint the lacquer slightly), but it also means that any damage to the floor is virtually impossible to disguise without a total re-sand. If going with this approach I would recommend using a two component finish with at least two coats over the white in order to give it maximum protection. There are several methods of white staining the floor, from the simplest, thinned down white emulsion to the very latest VOC free oil based primer/stains. The full list of options and combinations is way beyond the scope of this article but I am a firm believer in using systems developed by manufacturers, that way you are guaranteed to be offering your client a solution that works. Part of that system should be maintenance products. A white floor is tricky to keep and using the wrong products can make the challenge worse. Of course all this is just my opinion but, after all, would I lye to you? Now back to that blonde‌
Problem fabrics (bleach stains) Peter Collins (Honorary Member) Damage, stains and colour loss can occur on rugs, carpets and upholstery if 'oxy' or 'oxi' type products are used incorrectly; these are usually in the form of oxidizing agents that can contain sodium perborate, sodium percarbonate and hydrogen peroxide. Cosmetic and medical products that contain benzoyl peroxide can also cause permanent bleach damage and colour loss. Some of these bleaching type products should not be used on wool, wool blends, silk, leather or items that are water sensitive. Clients will often phone after their attempts with these products (bought from the local supermarket) have failed to eradicate a stain. Most do not read the instructions on the labels and, worse still, is their assumption of 'more is better' which will often lead to permanent staining, colour loss or dye bleed, especially on upholstery. When your client has called you in their woe, you must ask if any product has been used and if they still have the container it came in. Don't take chances or be manipulated by your client to resolve the problem; you could end up owning the item in question. The bleaching damage was probably present before you arrived and, remember, colour change can be masked by soiling and only become obvious after the area has been cleaned. When dealing with, and using, bleach products always read the instructions and data sheets - know the correct dilution rates, work safely and always use the correct PPE.

Don’t try this at home... or in anyone else’s! Stuart Byrne (Stuarts Carpet & Car Care)

month ago I carried out what I thought up the drying process before moving on to the would be a routine clean. The job was in lounge. I treated the stains in the lounge first before a large farmhouse and entailed the proceeding to clean the carpet and then moved the cleaning of wool cut-pile tufted dryer from the dining room, carpets. I also asked the customer if carefully positioned the dryer away from this. So... (before I arrived and started moving the furniture) you can imagine my surprise when I returned to the he could remove all ornaments and breakables lounge to see how things were progressing. I really from each room, to which he readily agreed. was NOT prepared for what I saw. The wood burner On the day I arrived to do the work, in the looked like it had emptied the whole contents of the interest of clarity, the first thing I did was to recap chimney onto the newly cleaned carpet! with the customer on the tasks to be carried out I immediately turned off the dryer and ‘collected’ before getting my equipment out of the van and myself before informing my customer, who was in making a start. the adjacent kitchen, of the bad news. I then Initially everything went very well, I had cleaned headed straight to my van and contacted NCCA upstairs and had finished cleaning the dining Director, Glyn Charnock, who thankfully gave me room. I had then placed a dryer in the dining the advice I needed to effectively deal with the room, which I put on a medium setting, to speed unfortunate situation I had got myself into.

page 24
At this point I must reiterate that the dryer had been carefully positioned to avoid the airflow making direct contact with the wood burner. It had been placed at the top end of the lounge and the airflow was directed straight down the centre of the room towards the French doors at the other end. Also, the doors on the wood burner were shut and the dryer had only been placed on a medium setting. The room was about 30 square meters so I honestly didn't think there would be a problem. I had never contemplated this happening otherwise I would obviously not have used a dryer. I explained this to my customer who, fortunately,
could see this was a genuine accident. However, I still needed to reassure him that the carpet would clean up, so I immediately proceeded to rectify the situation. Following Glyn's excellent advice, I firstly vacuumed the loose soot with an upholstery tool as I did not want to distribute the soot (which was now laying on a damp carpet) any further. I then used a pre-spray at hand-temperature, a little stronger than recommended, and provided some agitation. I extended the dwell time to allow the pre-spray to be as effective as possible before extracting, making sure that there was adequate de-foamer in the vacuum hose of my machine and applying plenty of dry passes with my wand. At this point we had now reached a position where my customer could see that the situation could be fully rectified. I apologised for the inconvenience caused and deducted the cost of cleaning the lounge carpet from the total invoice. I then explained that I would postpone the jobs I had booked in the following day and would return to his

house at 11am, as this would give the carpet time to completely dry before hopefully removing any remaining soot. The next day I arrived back at the house and saw that there were, indeed, a few areas which needed re-treating. Utilising an industry proprietary product, mixed in a bucket at handtemperature, and applied using a terry towel in a rolling motion (to minimise damage to the carpet), I treated the affected areas. Then after a short dwell time I extracted using a hand tool and, to my relief, the remaining soot was removed. The customer explained that at the back of a wood burner there is a venturi (a short piece of narrow tube between wider sections for measuring flow rate or exerting suction) and that by placing the dryer in the lounge, even though it was not positioned directly towards the wood burner, the air pressure in the room had been affected. This had resulted in an influx of air which had opened the vent at the back of the burner causing the soot to be released from the chimney. I explained to my customer that I had no idea this could happen otherwise I obviously wouldn't have used the snail dryer in the first place. I am pleased to say that my customer was very happy with the final outcome and was impressed with the action I had taken to rectify the problems that had occurred. Personally, I am very thankful that I was able resolve the situation, from the both the customer's point of view and in preserving the good reputation of my business. On the back of all this I said to my customer that I would write an article for the NCCA magazine to

warn cleaning technicians of the dangers of placing a dryer in a room containing a wood burner and, hopefully, prevent this from happening to anyone else. I would like to take this opportunity to again thank NCCA Director Glyn Charnock for, not only his expert advice, but also for his quick response and the reassurance he provided. I have always been a proud member of the NCCA since joining and the support I received demonstrates perfectly the true value of the Association.
The correct insurance As a carpet cleaner it is important that you ensure you hold adequate insurance (in fact some insurances are a condition of NCCA membership). Check with your broker that you are covered for: ! Public Liability - this covers you in the event that you cause an accident, or if a member of the public (i.e., your customer or members of their family) trip over a lead and injure themselves. ! Employer's Liability - if you employ staff you MUST have this cover. ! All Treatments Risk - this covers you for any chemicals you use (providing the manufacturer's instructions have been followed). It provides cover for the item you are working on. Make sure that you have this cover, it is extremely important. The client may blame you for an unrectifiable problem, which may appear as the result of a clean, even if it is not your fault.

Why do we agitate?
Ken Wainwright
H
ave you ever thought much about how, and why, you agitate the pre-spray you've applied to your carpets? It's possibly a more complex issue than you may think. In the early days of professional on-site carpet cleaning, before the days of rinse/extraction, the preferred system would be shampoo cleaning with a rotary brush machine. The results were generally very, very good. The high level of agitation offered by the rotary machine was very efficient at shearing the soil from the yarn, with the shampoo foam attaching itself to the soil particles which, theoretically, were easily vacuumed away upon drying. Unfortunately, primarily because of the shampoo technology of the day, resoiling was a problem. When the rinse/extraction system arrived, many technicians felt that the previous levels of agitation were superfluous as they could readily see the soil removed when emptying the recovered, soiled water. Carpets were typically cleaned rather than rinsed with the extraction machine. Then a well-known manufacturer/supplier invented the traffic lane cleaner which was brushed into the carpet, typically with a pile brush, left to dwell for a few minutes then rinsed. Carpet cleaning had stepped up a level. In the nineties, detergent free pre-sprays were introduced and, to make them work effectively, a higher level of agitation was required than just brushing in with a pile brush. Agitation had gone
newslink
page 28
full circle and made a startling 'comeback'. So what does agitation do? Well, it has several purposes. Firstly, it distributes the pre-spray throughout the face yarn. This can be achieved equally well with any form of agitation, whether manual or by machine. Secondly, fibrous soils such as hair, animal fur and household textile fibres are removed. Thirdly, the agitation will shear the soil from the yarn and, finally, especially with cylindrical contra rotating brush (CRB) machines, the crushed pile is effectively lifted and matting of the carpet pile is reduced. There are now a wide range of machines available for agitation, costing from just a few hundred through to several thousand pounds, as well as the traditional carpet brush if you need a good workout! For domestic work, the most popular appears to be the CRB machines. Although designed for dry compound cleaning, they are superb for pre-spray agitation.
The rotary machine is still widely used and is especially effective in the commercial environment for its greater speed over the CRB machine. Unfortunately, some find rotaries to be too cumbersome and heavy in the residential marketplace. As well as brushes, pads of varying designs are available to suit specific needs. Care is required as pile distortion is a real consideration, and pile lifting properties can be limited. Oscillating Pad machines are beginning to find favour with many technicians, who also report that it has good pile lifting properties. There are two types of power wands that also provide a degree of agitation at the same time as rinsing. The first has either a cylindrical rotary or a reciprocating brush positioned between the wand's jets and vacuum slot. The second type is favoured by truckmount operators and has two or three rotating heads that apply the rinse solution, agitate, and vacuum extract all in one process. Although, as you can see, there are many different ways to use agitation in the cleaning process, there is one constant... the better the agitation, the quicker and more effective the carpet clean.

The art of tamping
NCCA Library
Tamping is a technique used in spot and stain removal to apply a relatively non-abrasive mechanical force (to loosen the bonds of staining which hold the staining material to the substrate). The technique involves using a dense fine bristled brush approximately 3cm by 3cm, which is patted onto the stained area in conjunction with the appropriate stain removal agents. The high velocity impact of the fine bristles provides an agitation force without brushing or scrubbing actions which can often cause damage to delicate fibres. This The use of a tamping brush provides agitation without 'high velocity' a brushing or scrubbing action impact is achieved by holding the brush at the end of the handle between thumb and forefinger; the resulting swing exerts a considerable impact to the affected area. When using this technique, absorbent wadding placed at the back of the stained fabric is recommended so the cleaning agent and the staining contaminant may be worked in and absorbed. This method is invaluable when dealing with specific hardened stains on delicate fabrics. The tamping brush is a vital piece of equipment in any professional cleaners spotting kit. If you would like to learn more about spot and stain removal techniques, the NCCA run two Spot & Stain Removal courses every year. Just ring the NCCA office on 0116 271 9550 to book your place.
