DAYS 4–7 I TIERRA DEL FUEGO/TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK/CHILEAN FJORDS Cruise to Tierra del Fuego and visit Karukinka Natural Park by special permission. Enter the Strait of Magellan to explore Francisco Coloane Marine Park. Explore Torres del Paine National Park, home to spectacular landscapes and wildlife. Continue exploring the Chilean fjords on a variety of excursions. Meals: 4B, 4L, 4D
DAYS 8–10 I GLACIER ALLEY, CHILE/ DRAKE PASSAGE Explore Chile’s Glacier Alley, get up close to the edge of Garibaldi Glacier, and continue to Agostini Sound to witness thunderous glacial calving. Sail to Antarctica via the Drake Passage. Meals: 3B, 3L, 3D
DAYS 11–16 I ANTARCTIC PENINSULA Enjoy ample opportunities to explore the Antarctic Peninsula. Kayak amid towering icebergs, embark on Zodiac excursions in search of seals and blue-eyed shags, and walk on shores peppered with thousands of penguins. Meals: 6B, 6L, 6D
DAYS 17–20 I AT SEA/USHUAIA, ARGENTINA/ BUENOS AIRES OR SANTIAGO, CHILE/U.S. Disembark in Ushuaia and take a charter flight to Buenos Aires or Santiago to connect with your overnight flight home. Meals: 4B, 4L, 3D

He has accompanied many polar research expeditions, and his story on the future of Arctic sea ice appeared in the January 2016 issue of National Geographic.
