DAYS 1–2 I LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA/ CHANNEL ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK Arrive in Los Angeles and embark your ship. Head just off the coast to one of the country’s lesser known national parks, an archipelago of dramatic sea cliffs, grassy headlands, and rocky islets. The next morning, enjoy yoga on the sundeck, then go ashore on East Island. Hike along the coast and enjoy a stretching session with our exhale® instructors. Capture images of the natural beauty and native flora of Santa Cruz Island alongside a certified photo instructor. National Geographic Quest or National Geographic Venture for the entire voyage | Meals: 1B, 1L, 2D

DAY 3 I CHANNEL ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK Explore tide pools and winding trails on Santa Rosa Island, or hike to a grove of rare Torrey pines. Enjoy evening yoga on deck, followed by a cocktail party as we cruise around San Miguel Island, home to prolific populations of pinnipeds. Meals: 1B, 1L, 1D

DAYS 4–5 I SANTA CATALINA ISLAND/ LOS ANGELES Discover the colorful history and natural wonders of Santa Catalina Island alongside a member of the Catalina Island Conservancy. Glide into Avalon Harbor and bike through the quaint town of Avalon, or hike up to Avalon Canyon to visit the Wrigley Memorial and Botanic Garden. Or take a tour of the art deco Catalina Casino. Certified scuba divers may go for a dive (at additional cost) before returning to the ship for sunset yoga and a farewell dinner. Disembark in the Port of Los Angeles the next morning. Meals: 2B, 1L, 1D
