The Task Force Gala is the premier annual celebration of South Florida's LGBTQ community. The Gala is a vital fundraiser supporting the oldest national organization dedicated to achieving equality for LGBTQ people as well as many South Florida LGBTQ service organizations. It provides the greatest opportunity to make a powerful impression on hundreds of the community's business, political, and opinion leaders.

In 2022, we welcomed over 800 guests to an evening all about “Red, White, and YOU!” Proceeds benefited the Task Force’s “Queer the Vote” campaign to drive LGBTQ+ people and allies to the polls in key battleground states ahead of the midterm elections.

When we return to the Grand Ballroom of the Miami Beach Convention Center for the 27th edition of this iconic event, the Task Force will also be nearing the end of a year celebrating the 50th anniversary of the organization itself! As always, the evening will feature a red-carpet entrance and cocktail reception, an expansive high-end auction, a formal dinner, live entertainment, an awards ceremony, and an after party with dancing and a live DJ. In addition to funding our work in Florida and across the country, a portion of the proceeds from the 2023 Gala will benefit the LGBTQ+ Equity Fund -- a philanthropic collaboration between Our Fund Foundation, the National LGBTQ Task Force, and
