WHAT IS SUBLIMATION? 1. Computer Graphics Computer graphic designs are printed onto a special transfer paper. 2. Transfer Paper The transfer paper is then placed on top of a white sheet of raw fabric ready for heat pressing. 3. Heat Press The image on the transfer paper is impregnated into the chemical structure of the white raw fabric using extremely high heat and extremely high pressure. 4. Sew After heat pressing all the garment components, the item can then be sewn together. 5. Note Sublimation is a very broad & generic term. There are many different systems to sublimate. Each system providing different outcomes & different benefits. Not all sublimation systems are the same. We use the wide format digital print method.

Colour Matching ? If colour matching required this will incur delays ? A tedious, lengthy process ? Provide a sample 3. Colour Tolerance ? Cannot always copy identical colours from third parties ? Re-orders may encounter subtle differences 4. Colours between Fabrics ? Colours may not be identical between fabrics ?
