CASE STUDY “Teachers Federation Health” Nationwide Advertising Group was asked in December 2007 to refresh Teachers Federation Health Fund’s existing company logo to have more appeal to their key market – Teachers. As part of the final requirements we were to provide a design that could be carried over the key company divisions without losing the identity of the parent company. We incorporated our thoughts on a selected range of stationery including letterheads and business cards to compliment our logo submissions. We have since been instrumental in refreshing the look & feel of the overall brand. Subsequently we were commissioned to create a style for the latest edition to the brand, Teachers Insurance Services. This included designing the marketing brochures to present to their client base.

CASE STUDY “Gunnebo” As a market leader in the security industry and representative of the Chubb Safes brand, Gunnebo felt the need to lead the way in taking the industry’s marketing away from the staid and technical based format of previous years. Nationwide Advertising Group where selected to create advertising material that followed through on the Gunnebo vision. Advertising and promotional material was designed to focus on situation and lifestyle, satisfying the need to have security measures in place, while successfully limiting the impression of “bars, bolts and locks” that are commonly associated with security. Material was produced that met and exceeded the client’s expectations, affirming Gunnebo and Chubb’s position as market leader.

The requirement was not only an informational site but an interactive site that would enable their members and the general public access to purchase online. CASE STUDY “Sydney Tower” Sydney Tower is one of Sydney and Australia’s leading attractions. It gathers visitors from both the domestic and international tourism markets to take in the unrivalled views available from its high rise walking platform in the heart of the city and sister attractions at Sydney Aquarium and Wildlife World. Capturing the experience of “touching the clouds” while enjoying a harbour vista renowned the world over with a photograph, goes without saying. Displaying that image in a way that highlights every exciting memory was the task handed to Nationwide Advertising Group. Creating a photo-folder that captured the height, fun, memories and friends using images and minimal text was clearly achieved and welcomed by a satisfied client.

While the principles had many years of experience as chartered accountants, they wanted a fresh new approach to their new business. They also wanted a colour to stand out from the normal blues and greys associated with accounting firms. CASE STUDY “Sydney Cruising Restaurants” As one of Sydney’s largest on-harbour entertainment venues, Cruising Restaurants were looking for an update to the look and feel of their on-line marketing and commissioned Nationwide Advertising Group to create a visual representation of all the excitement and benefits that Cruising Restaurants vessels have to offer. Nationwide’s creative team took all the elements available that make Sydney Harbour the most picturesque entertainment venue in Australia and combined them in a manner that, while not overpowering the senses, gave a true sense of what is on offer when you take a dinner or lunch cruise on the luxurious Majestic and Show Boat vessels.

CASE STUDY “Kenwood Home Audio” Kenwood needed a packaging solution for their home audio systems that at the time came in a number of individual rather plain boxes. CASE STUDY “Inteq Limited” Inteq merged with a large international group and required their branding to be aligned with the parent organisation while still maintaining an element of their domestic brand to retain continuity with their existing client and prospect base. Nationwide Advertising Group were charged with the responsibility of merging the two corporate identities across all materials in a way that showed the expansion of the merge and the established values of the original Inteq brand. Collective use of colours, fonts and images where employed to successfully achieve the client’s desired result.

CASE STUDY “Eli Lilly Australia” The brief from one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies was to maintain and use components consistent with the global brand identity while designing for the local market. CASE STUDY â&#x20AC;&#x153;Courtyard by Marriottâ&#x20AC;? Create an advertising package to launch a new hotel in the predominantly business based area of North Ryde in Sydneyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s North. While facing competition in surrounding areas from established hotels and motels, the main focus of the initial campaign was to create awareness of a new and superior venue. Advertising and marketing collateral was created to portray a venue that had well appointed rooms and high quality dining facilities in the heart of an expanding corporate location at economical rates. Visually pleasing material using warm, inviting and fun themes was promoted in local press along with on-line and large format outdoor billboard advertising resulting in an ever accelerating awareness of the Courtyard by Marriott venue.

CASE STUDY â&#x20AC;&#x153;RGM Voicesâ&#x20AC;? We were asked to design a DVD/CD package for the client to use in presentations to their clients. It had to clearly identify their fundamental services, while promoting questions as to what the full meaning was. Having had the design theme received with enthusiasm, we were then contracted to handle the duplicating and printing of the DVD/CD and outer cases and sleeves.

CASE STUDY “R.M. Williams” One way R.M. Williams promotes seasonal fashion is by using large format posters in store front windows. The major issue faced is producing a double sided poster that does not have image showthrough and can be easily transported across Australia. Nationwide Advertising Group, using our resources, was able to source a material that could be printed on both sides and was able to be rolled to fit in tubes as opposed to the previous delivery method of flat packing which greatly reduced the client’s expenditure on freight and maintained a high quality end product.

CASE STUDY “Meat & Livestock Australia - Food Safety Campaign” In order to create greater awareness of the importance of food safety, Nationwide Advertising Group was asked to conceptualise a character mascot that would be used in a food safety campaign nationally and throughout the Asia/Pacific region. The character needed to convey the simplicity of the ‘food safety’ message, appeal to a mass market audience and most importantly maintain a strong presence and familiarity in the market place. The resulting chef figure was produced on countless consumer friendly mediums ranging from posters and flyers to novelty magnets and throughout the media. The success of the campaign nationally was replicated throughout the Asia/Pacific region where it boasted further success for many years.

CASE STUDY “NECA - National Electrical and Communications Association” NECA’s design brief was for their 2008 NECA Conference, which was held at Peppers Salt Resort and Spa, Kingscliff, located on the beautiful North Coast of NSW. NECA requested that Nationwide design a conference brochure which not only provided valuable information in regards to the conference but also to create a relaxed and friendly environment, which showcased sun, sand and outdoor activities in line with the beauty of the area. To follow through with Nationwide’s services, we provided the mail out component of the brochure, and designed and printed the accompanying printed material for the delegates to use at the event.
