Aqua Blue Wellness Center, located in Smoketown, is now offering reflexology sessions with a nationally certified reflexologist. Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the discovery that there are nerve ending points on the feet and hands which correspond to organs, muscles, glands, systems and structures within the body. Applying specific pressure techniques to corresponding points on the feet and hands may help facilitate the body’s return to a state of homeostasis. During a typical 60-minute session, the client remains fully clothed with the exception of shoes and socks. Following a foot soak, each session is tailored to the individual needs of the client using only the techniques of therapeutic touch, applied with varying degrees of pressure to bring about results. Reflexology may increase relaxation; reduce or eliminate pain; alleviate the effects of stress; revitalize the body’s energy; boost the immune system; improve bodily functions; and help to regulate lymphatic flow.

The goal of Jewel Sanitary Napkins, LLC, is to shed light on the taboo subject of female cycles, which has silenced females from all cultures for many years. Their mission is to raise awareness by informing both teens and women globally that suffer in silence with pain, heavy bleeding, unhealthy menstrual cycles and the potential toxicity of tampon use. Revolutionary Reign eight-layer sanitary pads contain a graphene-infused strip, which may provide various health benefits and could potentially help with circulatory health, cell activity and metabolic health. In addition, it may help inhibit harmful bacteria growth. The layers are 10 times more absorbent than traditional sanitary napkins to protect against leakage, move moisture away to keep the body dry and comfortable, and offer breathability to keep the area cool. Reign has five variations to meet a woman’s menstrual flow: ultra-thin panty liner for everyday use; very light panty liner with wings and light absorbency; moderate, heavy and super-heavy overnight flow.

Recurring monthly shipments are available. For more information or to place an order, visit MinervaZ811.JewelPads.com or call 717859-1210. See ad, page 38.
