double skin facade is designed at the south facade to obtain a nice shading that affects to inside space and to protect space inside from sharp sunlight. panel is exist which can be rotated when needed, for example, when lights come inside too much, panels will close to protect.
h-beams are the main structural support carrying the deck which needed to be fix accordingly to the shear walls. main h-beams are fixed by having a necessary steel plate and anchors fixed to the shear walls as an enclosure joints.
