Cancellations Your appointments are very important to the Team at Nava, and are reserved especially for you. Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We therefore respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Any cancellation within 24hrs or failure to show will incur a charge of 50% of the service.
