Take Time to Get the Flu Vaccine Everyone 6 months of age and older are encouraged to get the annual flu vaccine. The vaccination of high-risks persons is especially important to decrease their risk of severe flu illness. 2020 Temporary Deferral of Social Security (OASDI) Taxes On Sept. 12, 2020, DFAS began deferring the 6.2% OASDI tax withholding if your wages were less than $4,000 in any given pay period. In accordance with current IRS guidance, the collection of the deferred taxes will be taken from your wages between January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.
