I am a graduate of batch 2009-2014 from Vastu Kala Academy, New Delhi. Architect who likes function oriented planning with strong passion and appreciation for design and detail. Skilled in concept evolution through sketches & experienced in leveraging technical expertise in AutoCad and Adobe Photoshop & InDesign to develop presentation drawings. Ability of working on a project from inception to completion and inspection of work on sites. I have gained professional training for nine months followed by five months of experience as an architect from Creative Group, New Delhi headed by Prof. Charanjit Shah. Worked on different sectors viz. commercial, residential and infrastructure projects in my training period. My architectural thesis (Apparel Industrial Park) helped me gain valuable knowledge on Industrial Projects and thier viability. With expertise in AutoCad, I prefer working on Architectural drawings and Details. I have gained valuable knowledge on sustainable architecture during my training period by conducting architectural competitions and projects.

The Retail Facility Primarily Comprises Of A Central Spine With Traditional Bazaars, Which Is Flanked On Either Sides By High-End Retail And Commercial Development. The Central Spine, With A Lively Area Buzzing With Traditional Bazaars Reflects The Local Flavour Of Raipur With All Sorts Of Exotic Crafts, Antiques And Collectables For Sale. Adjacent To The Central Spine Is A Row Of Up-Market Showrooms And Retail Outlets. These Run Two Storey High With A Mezzanine Level. The Upper Two Floors Are Designed To House Commercial Development Consisting Of Restaurants And Offices.

DESIGN PROGRAMME 1. A Corporate Office Block At The Northern End Which Accounts To Maximum Gathering Of Users. 2. A Luxury Hotel On North Western Area, Giving It A Prime Location In The Site, At The Main Crossing. 3. Central Area Of Site Is Allocated For Shopping Complex, Gathering Purposes, Cineplex, Eating Joints, Restaurants And Training Centers. 4. On The Horizontal Axis Lies A Egg Shaped Auditorium. 5. A 30 Bed Nursing Home On Southern End, Keeping It Away From Noisy Areas And Still On The Main Road For Easy Access. 6. Service Apartments Are Provided At Backside Of Site, As They Are Of A Limited Use And Have A Proper Access From Service Road. 7. Service Utilities Viz Petrol Pumps, Fire Station And Police Station Have Not Been Included In The Design As They Are In The Required Distance. 09

SITE DESIGN AND CONCEPT The Concept Is Based On A Simple Psychological Orientation And Using Proper Zoning For En Efficient Planning.okhla Industrial Phase Is Completely A Commercial Activity Area With Lesser Residential Areas. So There Was A Need To Attract The People To The Center. On The North East And East Are Industrial Sheds And On West Are The Main Approaching Roads. The Overall Zoning Was Done With A Aim To Create A Central Spine With A Recreational Spaces And Sitting Spaces Which Connects Three Different Zones Together. The Office Space And Service Are Merges Into The Commercial Zone And Make The Spine More Lively And Usable. The Visual Effect Of A Linear Orientation Is More Soothing And Efficient For A Complex Of This Size.

OFFICE BLOCK A Commercial Building With Showrooms And Banks On Ground Floor Along With A Cafetaria And A Restaurant. First Floor Is Designed As A Buisness Complex With Two Multipurpose Halls And A Canteen Served By Kitchen On Ground Floor. Upper Floors Include Office Spaces Of Two Sizes. Buildng Is Highlighted By Two Space Frames At A Roof Level And Columns On The Front. It Has Been Designed With A Spil Out Space On East Side. A Double Hieghted Indoor OAT At The Entrance Cretaes An Informal Space For Users. Atrium At South Side Covered By Space Frame Induces Fresh Air At Each Level.

A 3 Star Hotel On West Corner And Prime Location On Site. A 120 Rooms Hotel With Commercial Space And A Restaurant On Ground Floor And A Banquet Hall On First Floor. Terrace Acts A Luxurious Recreational Space With A Swimming Pool, Open Restraunts And A Gym. 12 Suites, Two On Each Floor And 110 Deluxe And Super Deluxe Rooms Have Been Designed.

A school in the lap of nature with a river running along and immense greenery. The school has been designed with an intent of inculcating nature into the built form. The N-S orientation and open courtyards help for wind movement and shaded courtyards, which act as gathering and play areas. Reception block has been kept as the attractive eye catching area for the visitors and parents. Outdoor activities and playing areas have been designed with an equal priority.

An Iconic Shopping Cum Commercial “Complex In Newly Developing Naya Raipur. In The Vicinity Of Central Secretariat, It Holds A Strategic Location.

Site Design : With A Super Built Up Area Of 1 Lakh Sqft, It Comprises Of Shops, Showrooms, Banks, Offices And A Business Complex. Building Has Been Oriented In A N-S Direction, Forming A Central Court In Between.the Central Court Acts As A Food Court Ann A Center Of Attraction For Visitors. Entry/Exit Have Been Kept On The Same Road With One Way Circulation In Site. On The N-E Is A Public Plaza Through Which There Is An Pedestrian Entry For The Complex.

Design Programme : Ground Floor Has Been Completely Designed For Shopping And Commercial Uses. On West Are Food Courts And Shops, Shaded By Canopies. With Shops Around The Central Court, Creates A Place Of Activities At The Center. First Floor Has Been Designed With Inspiration From Palika Bazar. Upper Floors Are Designed With A Typical Layout Of Offices Varying From 300Sqft - 800Sqft. Fifth Floor Is A Buisness Complex With World Class Infrastructure And Facilities. It Comprises Of An Auditorium For A Capacity Of 130 Persons.

DESIGN PROGRAMME A Multi Level Car Park And A Commercial Center For Students Of Delhi University. 1. 1,20,000 Sqft Car Park For 360 Cars Divided In Two Basements And Ground Level. 2. Upper Ground Floor Level Is Designed As A Commercial Floor With Banks, Departmental Store And A Post Office With A 5M Wide Corriodor And A Seperate Entry. A Convocation Hall For 500 Persons Is Also A Part Of Ground Floor. 3. First Floor Is Completely Designed For Food Courts And Terraces For Informal Activities. 4. Second Floor Has Been Designed As A Guest House With Single And Double Sharing Rooms. It Has Its Seperate Dinning Area And A Lounge. Corridors Open Up Into Terraces Which Act As Spaces For Informal Activities.

The Project Will Commence In June 2014 And Will Be Carried Forward In Four Phases, With Minimum Distraction To Passenger Flow. The Firm Has Proposed The Expansion By Adding Structural Members And Adding Kalzip Roofing On The Existing Canopy And Adjusting The Vestibule Locations.
