JUNIOR TUTOR

POLITECNICO DI MILANO

Lecco, Italy| Feb 2023 - Present

The project was a collaboration project in two urban and architecture scale in Pavia with two buildings to renovate and regenerate the district. Above all there was a workshop in Renovation scale which our students worked withThomas Jefferson University on Hanger Ticinum Pavia Green Future.

INTERNSHIP

PAOLO BODEGA STUDIO

Half time | Lecco. Italy| Jan _ March 2023

Softwares: 2D Autocad, Photoshop, PowerPoint

I participated in the renovation of a Retirement center in Abisola, Italy, involving the addition of a new interior level and improved vertical connections. Through meticulous planning and master plan arrangements, we enhanced the functionality and usage of the building. This project provided valuable experience in a professional environment.

FREELANCER

Full time | Tabriz | Iran | Apr 2016 _Apr 2018

Softwares: 2D& 3D Autocad, 3 Max, Vray, Photoshop

As an architect, I have been actively involved in residential and office interior design projects, overseeing the entire process from conception to realization. Utilizing tools such as 2D AutoCAD and 3D Max IV-ray, I created plans, models, and realistic renderings. Additionally, I had the opportunity to personally visit and supervise projects. Over time, I was entrusted with coordinating a team of ten architects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. Regular client interaction honed my empathetic and problem-solving skills. Detailed renderings can be provided upon request.

SUSTAINABLE BUILDING DESIGN STUDIO

DESCRIPTION

The office building project embodies a holistic approach to architecture, energy efficiency, and human interaction. Extensive research on location, weather, and possibilities has resulted in a sustainable and functional workspace.

Architecturally, the building strikes a balance between aesthetics and functionality, blending modern elements with the natural surroundings. The design aims to inspire and uplift occupants, creating a visually appealing space.

Energy considerations play a significant role in the project. The building envelope and glazing have been carefully designed to minimize heat transfer, reducing the need for excessive heating or cooling. Ample natural daylight penetrates the interior through strategically placed windows, reducing reliance on artificial lighting. Passive energy solutions like natural ventilation and shading devices optimize thermal comfort.

Active solutions, such as photovoltaic (PV) panels, have been integrated to enhance energy efficiency. These panels generate renewable energy, reducing the building’s reliance on the grid and emphasizing sustainability.

The project also prioritizes collaboration and connectivity. The interior spaces foster a sense of community, encouraging interaction and teamwork. Areas for formal and informal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative work have been thoughtfully incorporated

In our all-office project, we aimed to create a comforting environment for all users by considering both daylight analysis and energy analysis. For daylighting, we utilized Sefaira to adjust the wall-window ratio, position of opaque and glazing elements, shader depth and angle. Our design achieved good daylight distribution with 70% of light coming from the south, 35% from the south-west, and 10% from the north. Shaders with 50cm depth and a 30-degree inclination, along with 1.20m glazing and 1.5m spacing, were selected to optimize the glazing system.

In terms of energy, we optimized the opaque U-value and determined the occupant density based on a design concept of 9m² per person. Lighting power density was chosen using the ASHRAE 90.1-2007 standard. HVAC system parameters were modified according to future analysis requirements, and a schedule was established for standard office working hours with different HVAC loads throughout the day.

Three HVAC systems—Fan Coil Units with Central Plant, Passive Chilled Beams, and Radiant Floors—were analyzed, and the most suitable system was selected. Natural ventilation analysis showed a reduction in total peak heating load when combined with cooling, but the peak cooling load remained the same. Design optimization resulted in a 56.17% reduction in energy consumption, and the inclusion of PV panels further reduced energy consumption by 90.42%. By optimizing space use, lighting equipment, and lighting strategy, we achieved a significant 47.76% reduction in energy usage.

URBAN AND ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN STUDIO

Description

Milan blue future brings back the cultural Milanese heritage of water from the past to respond to the present environmental needs for a sustainable future.

We intend to preserve, strengthen and reconnect the natural context within the city from the macro-scale proposal to a micro-scale design that reconfigures the buffer zone concept with water as the core.

We envision our project as a coherent plan for the future of Milan and as a replicable example of sustainability for modern and green-driven cities.

THE BEHRAD’S HOUSE RESIDENTIAL INTERIO

SEPTEMBER 2019

FREELANCING PROJECT

DESCRIPTION

I had the privilege of designing the bedroom, kitchen, TV room, and closet for the Behrads’ stunning residence in Tabriz, Iran. This remarkable 300 sqm house boasts two spacious master rooms, a well-appointed closet room, a generous hall, and a modern kitchen with an accompanying TV room. The design concept I implemented for this project was a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and luxurious elements. By incorporating a tasteful combination of dark colors and light textures, I was able to create a sense of depth and sophistication throughout the space. Additionally, the strategic integration of patterns and textures resulted in an exquisitely balanced environment that exudes an air of elegance.
