March 17, 2020 COVID-19 Advisory Committee Update

The NBBI COVID-19 Advisory Committee is seeking to continue to keep our students, supporters and the general public aware of ongoing developments as it pertains to the coronavirus pandemic. We are committed first to the safety of our students, faculty and staff and to clear and transparent communication with the public. Developments pertaining to this issue are evolving daily and we are seeking to adapt as new information unfolds. Online Learning Our March break has been extended for a week with the hopes of On-Campus classes resuming Monday, March 23. Given the continued escalation of the coronavirus and in keeping with recommendations from the health community we feel that this would not be wise at the given time. NBBI faculty are working on adapting student curriculum to meet the desired course outcomes through online delivery. This process will undoubtedly be met with many challenges and we ask that you exercise patience with us. We will work with you to minimize the disruption that this new platform may bring to each student. Online Classes will begin on Monday, March 23. We will seek to release scheduling and further instructions to students by Friday, March 20. This online platform will be in place until further notice.

Spring Conference/Convocation A decision has not been made yet regarding our Spring Conference and Graduation but we will continue to monitor the situation and bring you an update as soon as we can. We are confident God is in control and we are seeking His guidance like never before.
