SPACE PLANNING

Studies has shown providing familiar residential like space promote safe, secure, minimizing confusion and distress. By designing memory care facilities to resemble familiar residential spaces, we create environments that not only address the unique challenges of memory impairment but also preserve dignity, promote emotional well-being, and enhance the quality of life for residents.

The floor plan is been inspired from residential space, where bedrooms are accessible from common spaces like living, dining and kitchen area. Creating private space like bedroom in two wings of building and common area in central area to create a self-contained floors where residents can roam freely.
