Dear National and Regional Board Members, The time of year has come again for NBLSA to host its annual Joint Board Retreat. As the first national event of the newly elected and appointed board, we are excited to bring together the National Executive Board and the six regional boards to discuss the plans for the upcoming year. It is our goal that each individual leave with a better sense of leadership, professionalism, knowledge of the innerworkings of the organization, and a positive outlook for the future of NBLSA. This year’s retreat will be held in Dallas, Texas at SMU Dedman School of Law and the Aloft Downtown Dallas on June 14-16, 2013. This year we will have informative workshops, interactive workshops with our Advisory Board, and Leadership Development with a member of the National Bar Association. We formally invite you to participate in this year’s Joint Board Retreat. We are excited to have each of you as we continue to evolve the legacy on the Road to 50!
