The NEBLSA Career Expo and Job Fair will take place on Saturday, January 28, 2012 in West Harrison, New York as part of the 2012 NEBLSA Regional Convention. This year’s Career Expo will feature both one-on-one interviews and tabling. We anticipate employers from the private, public, corporate, government and military sectors. All current duespaying NBLSA members (1Ls to 4Ls) are eligible to participate; however, you must be registered for the NEBLSA Regional Convention to secure a one-on-one interview. Please read this communication very carefully – and in its entirety – as you will be responsible for its content. SYMPLICITY In order to secure a one-on-one interview, you must first register on Symplicity, if you have not done so for past job fairs. (NOTE: If you have already registered on Symplicity, please update your resume, writing sample and any other documents that exist in the system. You may want to have your Career Services Officer, or another person, review your documents for accuracy and to make sure they look professional.) Employers will be seeking to interview for semester internships, summer internships, and for permanent jobs. Once you have registered, we will confirm that you are a dues-paying member and that you have signed up for the 2012 NEBLSA Regional Convention. All eligible individuals will receive an email notifying them that registration has been completed. Should you not receive an email and are sure that you have registered for the Regional Convention, please send an email to neblsajobfair@gmail.com no later than Monday, December 19, 2011. BIDDING SESSION Bidding for one-on-one interviews will begin on December 11, 2011 and end on December 25, 2011. There will be a limited number of one-on-one interviews, so please register on Symplicity early. New employers will be posted on an ongoing basis, so make sure to check Symplicity often.
