Captain’s Corner: Happy Holidays! As 2010 Master Chief’s Corner: comes to an end, please remember to stress safety to your commands. We want everyone back safely and rejuvenated in the New Year. 2010 has been a great year and we’ve made strides in energy conservation and have become better stewards of the environment! Thank you to all the commands that have helped us reduce our carbon footprint. Please make sure to check out the gate hours linked below and plan accordingly. Enjoy the time with family and friends and we’ll see you in 2011!

As the holidays approach, it's imperative that we all practice Operational Risk Management. Holidays are a time when some Sailors are away from family/friends & are in need of support from their shipmates. Sailors in need tend to show signs/signals of behavior/ personality change. Practice AID LIFE. For more info, visit your chaplain/FFSC. Also, take extra precaution to practice safe driving habits. Ensure all Sailors are completing the "Driving For Life" course on NKO. Let's set a goal to have ZERO DUI's!! We want ALL HANDS back after the holidays, so let's all do our part and look out for our Shipmates!
