welcome Each year, NBSS aspires to enrich the array of continuing-education programs and provide interesting technical education and rewarding experiences for our students. In this summer schedule, you will find the popular fundamentals courses in jewelry making and woodworking as well as new intensives and short courses. You might choose to build bookbinding skills with millimeter bindings, a refined leather structure; or enhance jewelry skills with cold connections or learn to set small stones; or challenge your woodworking chops in the Windsor rocking chair workshop. This summer we are beginning a new partnership with the Eliot School in Jamaica Plain — an opportunity to expand opportunities and share knowledge across two great schools. In July, Doug Stowe, master woodworker, is offering a lecture and course at the Eliot School, cosponsored by NBSS. We encourage you to keep learning and to return often for classes and lectures at NBSS. i
