NC REALTORS® BIC Talks is a webinar series just for BICs in North Carolina. Every month there is a discussion on industry hot topics with local, state and national experts. This is the place to hear the latest information on legal issues, risk management, diversity, business opportunities and other topics BICs mentioned were important to them and the way they operate and manage their team. We’re bringing the information directly to you and offering you a chance to engage, ask questions and walk away feeling better equipped to do your job.

David Massey, 2021 Section Chair
David Massey, 2021 Section Chair, participated in a task force meeting hosted by the NC Appraisal Board. Stakeholders discussed adopting the Practical Applications of Real Estate Appraisal (PAREA) program. As a meeting follow-up, Chair Massey worked with NC REALTORS® staff to provide rulemaking proposals.

In 2021, NC REALTORS® partnered with Vault Strategies, a respected insurance and consulting firm, to launch the NC REALTORS® Health Benefits Center.
This is the only health benefits solution offered through NC REALTORS® and provides independent contractors and sole business owners and their families an opportunity to take control of and save on healthcare expenses. By visiting the Health Benefits Center, you will be able to see if you can save versus traditional ACA Exchange or private insurance market plans.
