Events Outside the Trade Show NCBA –PAC VIP Reception Annual Convention & Summer Conference Investment: $15,000 Audience: 100 Convention Attendees The NCBA-PAC 500 Reception is a way for NCBA to thank the generous supporters of the NCBA’s Political Action Committee. The event will be held in the evening reaching approximately 100 of the most influential producers who contribute $500 or more to the NCBAPAC.

Committee Refreshment Breaks

Wednesday, February 5th and Thursday, February 6th Investment: $10,000 (Annual & Summer Conference) Audience: 1,000 Committee Members This sponsorship provides refreshments to NCBA and CBB Committee and sub-committee members during the Annual Convention, as well as, Summer Conference during the committee meetings. Because of the varied locations of the committee meetings, break stations will be set up in the back of every committee meeting.

Trade Show Events Welcome Reception

Tuesday, February 4th 5:00pm-8:00pm Investment: $25,000 Audience: 3,000+ Convention Attendees The Trade Show Welcome Reception kicks off the Annual Convention with great food, drinks and an excellent audience. This venue can be used as an excellent way to generate more traffic through your company’s booth and create dialogue with potential customers.

Thursday Morning Break

Thursday, February 6th Mid-Morning Investment: $10,000 Audience: 3,000+ Convention Attendees Attendees will be treated to complimentary pastry and coffee on Thursday following the Cattle-Fax Outlook Seminar throughout the show floor. Sponsorship includes coffee and/or pastry station next to your booth space. Branding opportunities that can be provided include logo plates, cups, staff to wear logo apparel, table tents, additional signage.

Exhibit Hall Refreshment Stations

(Two available) Investment: $8,000 each or $15,000 for both Audience: 3,000+ Convention Attendees This sponsorship provides refreshments to NCBA Trade Show attendees in the exhibit hall. Refreshments options include coffee stations, snack stations, or dessert bar etc. The refreshment breaks will strengthen your company’s presence in the Trade Show. Branding opportunities that can be provided include logo plates, cups, staff to wear logo apparel, table tents, additional signage.

Center Stage Display

Investment: $10,000 Audience: 4,000+ Convention Attendees This unique sponsorship is sure to get your company noticed! This unique display area is located at the entrance to the trade show. It is a circular display that can be branded with banners around the perimeter. This is a great area to display a piece of equipment or product or use this area for some unique entertainment to greet guests as they enter the show.

Signage Light Pole Banners

Investment: $6,000 for five poles or $10,000 for 10 poles Audience: 4,000+ Convention Attendees Decorative light poles are placed throughout the resort in the Cascades area, Garden Conservatory, Delta Island and walkway, and Magnolia area. Banners are 20”x30” vertical, double sided and hang on either side of the pole. Light Pole banners sponsorship is a cost effective, unique way to drive traffic to your booth and help to solidify your brand. Sponsorship limited to 10 companies.

Escalator Wrap

Investment: $10,000 Audience: 4,000+ Convention Attendees Grab attendees’ attention with this unique and highly visible sponsorship. The escalator is located in the center of the meeting rooms and is the main route to the general sessions. Reinforce your message and remind everyone of your booth number and location.

Investment: $2,500 Audience: 4,000+ Convention Attendees This fun, interactive sponsorship allows attendees to catch a glimpse of where all of the fellow cattlemen attending the conference are from. This sponsorship also offers you an additional touch point with attendees off of the show floor.

Aisle Sign Sponsorship

Investment: $2,000 per sign or two for $3,500 Audience: 4,000+ Convention Attendees Drive traffic to your booth by sponsoring an aisle sign. Your company name and logo will hang from the direction aisle signs in the trade show. An excellent way to get your name brand high above the show floor and in front of the attendees you want to see! Sponsorship limited to 30.

Investment: $5,000-$15,000 Audience: 4,000+ Convention Attendees Grab attendees attention with hanging banners placed throughout the convention center (not in the exhibit hall). Investment: $10,000 Audience: 4,000+ Convention Attendees Want your message to standout against all the banner and ad clutter? Sidewalk chalk art is the answer. As event guests enter and exit the trade show your advertisement will greet them on the sidewalk. Attendees will sit there in awe as your advertisement, (or is it art?) takes shape and evolves into a complete sidewalk billboard. Most installations take10 hours to complete. Once it is finished, this will produce a great viral marketing buzz and a better photo opportunity.

Investment: $6,500 Audience: 1,000+ Convention Attendees Remind attendees of your booth number as they are relaxing in the headquarter hotel bar. Bartenders will use your custom logos throughout as they serve drinks to convention attendees.

Investment: $10,000 Audience: 2,500-4,000 Convention Attendees Brand Ambassadors will collect high volume survey questionnaires, capturing data with hand held survey devises. Your survey staff will be strategically placed in high traffic, visible locations. We will create fun and engaging content questions, dedicated to the pursuit of sales leads. Each Brand Ambassador can collect up to 500 surveys or 1,500 questions per 21-hour event. Mid-show, we will send out a sales email based upon respondents survey. This is real time trade show marketing at its best. Custom brand ambassador uniforms are available upon request, additional fees may apply.

Investment: $10,000 Audience: 4,000+ Convention Attendees Provide a taste of Nashville for the week and enhance the attendees experience with live music. A stage will be set in the Delta Lobby and will be a focal point for attendees to gather in-between meetings. Sponsorship branding will include a hanging banner and opportunity for literature to be displayed along with table tents on the lounge furniture.

NEW! Walk This Way! Pedometer Contest

Investment: $5,000 Audience: 4,000+ Convention Attendees We all walk miles at trade shows, but how far? This healthy Pedometer Contest calculates distance walked and combines it with a healthily and fun contest. Drive foot traffic to your booth. All event guests are given a “Race Card” at registration, complete with partner’s name, brand message and booth number. To qualify for this healthy contest, the Race Card must be brought to the partner’s booth to be validated. At Race Headquarters, a leader board prominently announces the host partner and keeps track of the walking leaders. Contestants check the leader board throughout the day to gauge their standing. Daily and grand prizes are awarded. You select the prizes, branded pedometers included.

Coffee Sponsorship

Tuesday, February 4th – Friday, February 7th Investment: $15,000 Audience: 4,000+ Convention Attendees Provide coffee for attendees during the week of convention. The Coffee Sponsorship includes branding of the coffee station located in meeting space, a permanent coffee stand located in the Delta Lobby of the convention center. Convention Media Opportunities NCBA’s Cattlemen to Cattlemen, a television show by cattlemen for cattlemen. Join host Kevin Ochsner, each week at 8:30 p.m. eastern on RFD-TV, for the latest cattle industry news and market information, plus a look at cattle operations from across the country.
