HOTEL INFORMATION HOW TO MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION: Make your hotel reservation on/before the January 4 deadline online, by fax, or mail! Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis by the NCBA/San Diego Housing Bureau. If all are sold out, a hotel will be assigned based on a referral system determined by NCBA.

Phone

Contact the NCBA/San Diego Housing Bureau at (800) 424-5249.

Online

Making your hotel reservation online is best, since you can immediately select from available hotels and guarantee your choice of hotel as you make your reservation. Visit our website at www.BeefUSA.org, and you will find a link to the online housing request system (this is not an NCBA website). Please follow the instructions carefully. (You must use a credit card to guarantee your reservation; however, it will not be charged unless you cancel past the deadline.) You may also revisit the site and make any necessary changes or cancellations to your reservation.
