To Get Started
Visit the new UCAS Hub. Make sure you are on the ‘Register’ tab and then fill in your details to create an account: https://accounts. ucas.com/Account/ Login
Once you have registered on the UCAS Hub, you will be sent an email asking you to verify your account. Follow the instructions.
IN THE ‘EDUCATION’ SECTION, click ‘Add place of education’.
CLICK ‘ADD QUALIFICATIONS’
It is advisable to have your transcript(s) next to you so you can copy the information for each module as required.
IN ‘RESULT’ put your overall numerical grade (if you have it, if you don’t have it yet you can leave it blank).
IN ‘MODULE/UNIT’
NCC Education’s qualifications are not listed in the drop-down. Type ‘Other’ and select ‘Other (International Non-EU Qualifications)’.
type in the module title, qualification date and the results if you have any for this qualification. You might not have them all yet in which can just leave any awaiting results blank. To add more, click ‘add another module’.
SAVE IT!
You can add another qualification and come back to edit as needed.
The Unique Learner Number (ULN) can be left blank.
Type In The Name Of Your School
After verifying your account, you are ready to sign in.
Return to https:// accounts.ucas.com/ Account/Login and go to the ‘Sign in’ tab.
Select your school (most international schools are not listed; if yours is not listed type in the name of the school and add it). Leave the exam centre number blank.
IN ‘SUBJECT/TITLE’
type in the title of the qualification, for example ‘NCC Education Level 3 International Foundation Diploma’
FOR ‘PLEASE STATE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF QUALIFICATION you expect to have before you start your course’, select ‘Below honours degree level qualifications’
MARK SECTION AS COMPLETE.
COMPLETE THE REST OF YOUR APPLICATION.
Take some time to explore the UCAS Hub.
TO APPLY
Go to the home dashboard on your UCAS Hub profile. Click ‘Your Applications’.
INPUT THE DATES of when you started your school and when you finished
PICK ‘FULL-TIME’ in the type of study option
‘Do you, or will you, have any qualifications from this centre?’ Select ‘Yes’
SAVE

SELECT A QUALIFICATION
(see your NCC Education transcript)
IN ‘EXAM’ type the name of the awarding organisation i.e. NCC Education
Note: Note: Non-EU International students can usually apply to UCAS at any time between 1st September and 30th June in the year preceding the academic year that studies commence. However, most students apply well before 30th June to make sure that places are still available on their desired courses.
