NC residency determination services Residency determination establishes if a student should have in-state or out-of-state tuition. Have you completed the RDS process?

Go to nccuonline.edu Select Current Students - Student Services Scroll down until you reach "NC Residency Determination Service" Open the link to complete the residency questionnaire NC RDS Website At the end of the questionnaire, you will be given a code if you are considered an NC resident. Enter code on Eagle Online Admission Portal.

Final Official Transcript Are you still attending another institution? If so you will need to order a final official transcript.

Next Steps ... Wait for the final grade(s) to reflect on the transcript. Request official transcript be sent to nccuonlinetranscripts@nccu.edu Notify your DE Coordinator/Advisor. Follow up to ensure that your DE Coordinator has received the transcript and has added the courses to your NCCU transcript.

Order Eagle Card Distance Education students can receive an Eagle Card through the NCCU Eagle Card office.
