Ordering Information
1. If ordering by fax, please type or print orders legibly, or email order to orders@chocolateinn.net.
2. To avoid duplication, please indicate if emailed orders were previously faxed. We cannot be responsible for duplicate orders.
3. See artwork specifications for information and instructions for submitting artwork.
4. Desired ship date must be specified when order is placed but may not be guaranteed
5. Ship date will not be assigned until all order information and art has been received and/or approved.
6. An order confirmation, with expected ship date, will be sent after artwork and complete order information has been received and approved.
Delivery/Shipping
Normal Production Time: 3-5 Days after approval of artwork for catalog quantities only. Does not include shipping to destination. We may ship earlier than the specified date in order to ensure timely arrival. Drops/Splits are available with a 10 day production time. Freight: F.O.B New York and F.O.B. Mississauga. All freight charges and applicable taxes are extra. Shipments to other countries outside of North America will incur additional charges and duties. We use UPS and Fed Ex, P.O. Boxes are not deliverable via these services. Freight charges will be invoiced unless customers provide their account number at the time of the order. Shipping Weights: hipping weights, as provided in each product description are approximate and will vary depending upon the weight of the filling. Express Service: 5 day express add 10%. $25(G) minimum express charge applies to both. Express Service Excludes: Foil Squares, Flexographic wrappers and any items in which the imprinted method utilized is Liquid Lens. Call factory for above catalog quantities. Production time will begin the day following receipt of the order, camera ready electronic art and hard copy proof. Orders must be received prior to 1:00 PM Eastern time. No Paper Proofs Available on Express Service Drop/Split Ships: (multiple units to multiple locations) add $7.50 (G) USA or 10.13 (G) CDN per address. If more than 10 locations we require a file in format shown below. Individual Shipments require mailers $3.00 (G) USA or $4.05 (G) CDN per address when supplied minimum proper format below. Proper addresses must be provided 2 weeks prior to ship date, in Excel file, with corresponding printed list of names and addresses. For lists in other formats, add $4.50(G) USA or $6.08 (G) CDN per address. M&M’s drop ship charge $9.99 net per address. International individual drop shipments add $10(G) per address. This fee excludes shipments to Canada. Either contact or company may be blank but not both. Address 2 may be blank. If the quantity per address varies, the “Quantity” field must be included. 10 days production time. Chocolate Shipping: When the temperature reaches 75 degrees F. we will ship your order in insulated containers with ice packs. The product will remain cool for 2 full days. Expedited shipping is required for locations beyond a 2 day ground ship zone. We will use either refrigerated trucking or insulated cartons. We will select the least expensive method. For insulated cartons, add $15.00 (G) USA or $20.25 (G) CDN per carton. When cost effective, a larger carton can be used add $25.00 (G) USA or $33.75 (G) CDN per. Shipping cost plus $20.00 (G) USA or $27 (G) CDN per destination covers additional paperwork for shipments outside of North America. International shipments are shipped only via UPS and Fed Ex FOB NY. International duties and taxes are billed at a later date. Gift Cards: Same printed messages on all cards: $2.00(G) USA or $2.70 (G) CDN. Supplied cards insertion with same message: $0.10 (G) USA or $0.14 (G) CDN. Policies
Less Than Minimum: $35.00 (G) USA or $47.25 (G) CDN for orders less than catalog minimum. The absolute minimum order is 50% of the lowest catalog quantity. Not available for: wrapped products, Calling Cards, Gum Packs, Popcorn, Foil Squares Goody Bags, Handfuls. No less than minimum available Nov. 20th through Dec. 24. 2022 Over-Runs/ Under-Runs: We make every attempt to produce to quantities ordered, but because of the nature of our manufacturing processes, we reserve the right to ship ±5% and bill accordingly. Changes To Orders: Changes to orders already in production cannot be guaranteed and may result in delayed shipment or additional charges. Amended purchase order will be required. If the addition is less that one-half the catalog minimum, a less than minimum charge of $35.00 (G) USA or $47.25 (G) CDN may apply. We are not responsible for incorrect pricing or information on websites other than our own. Cancellations/ Returns: All claims must be submitted in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods. No merchandise will be accepted without factory return authorization number. To cancel an order a $50.00 (G) cancellation fee will apply. If order is already in production, the fee, plus cost of labor and materials will be billed accordingly. Damages/ Loss Claims: Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Complaints must be made in writing within 5 days of delivery. No merchandise may be returned without factory return authorization number. All claims for goods damaged in transit or for delayed delivery must be filed by the distributor/recipient with the carrier on receipt. Substitutions: Factory reserves right to substitute item of equal or greater value.
Art Requirements
Artwork should be submitted in vector format with all fonts converted to outlines. Please include any additional information which will help process art submissions quickly and accurately. Artwork must always include PO# in the subject of the email and contact information in the body of the email. Orders without correct PO# referenced will be rejected by the factory. We recommend submitting a mockup of the art on the item for comparison. Factory cannot be responsible for errors otherwise. Note: Artwork will be sized to maximum available imprint area unless otherwise specified on Purchase Order.
Acceptable File Size: Up to 10.0 MB files may be received via email. Larger files may be uploaded to our FTP site.
Acceptable Formats: Illustrator (CC or earlier), vector based AI, EPS or PDF files. Non-vectored Photoshop (CC and earlier, 300dpi at 100% size only) and TIFF (hi res, b/w only) files that are saved as 8-bit CMYK or grayscale can be used for 4 color process printing, 4 color process digital labels, heat transfers and other full color digital applications. Note: we do not accept either Word files or CorelDraw files for art submission.
Art Charges: Should your art require manipulation, that requires a charge, you will be contacted with an estimate before any work is done. Art charges are billed at $50(J) per hour. $25(J) minimum billed.
Typesetting: $20(G), includes an art proof.
Submission: To avoid delays please submit the art with the purchase order to orders@lancopromo.com. Please reference your PO number in the subject line of the email. Delivery: We prefer artwork to be emailed. Our artwork delivery address is orders@chocolateinn.net Please be sure to identify yourself and your artwork along with your purchase order number, the product or products on which the art is to be printed and contact information if we need to contact you. The maximum file size we can receive via email is 10 MB. Multiple files and any vector files should be compressed. Use either SIT or ZIP archives. We also accept files submitted DVDs and CD-ROM. FTP site is available. Please contact Customer Service for details.
Acceptable programs: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Supply solid black line art (black areas of art will be raised on chocolate). No color gray scale or half-tone screens will be accepted. Smallest type size that can be clearly reproduced is 9 points San serif, and 10 points Serif. If vector art cannot be supplied please supply a solid black high resolution bit map tiff (at least 600 dpi at desired size). $99.00 (G) USA or $133.65 (G) CDN standard mold charge. 3D molds will be quoted on a per job bases. Available upon request or see our website. Artwork is kept for 18 months following shipment of your order. No charge paper proofs will be provided upon request. Any changes made to paper proofs may be billed at $50.00 (G) USA or $67.50 (G) CDN per hour. Minimum charge is $25.00 (G) USA or $33.75 (G) CDN.
Random Samples
Orders under $10.00 (Z) USA or $13.50 (Z) CDN will be billed for freight only. Orders over $10.00 (Z) USA or $13.50 (Z) CDN will be billed at EQP less 25% plus freight (Some exclusions apply. Please call for details). Requests must be made via fax or email to: orders@chocolateinn.net and must include a courier account number. Samples are non returnable.
Spec Samples: EQP plus setups and where no setup is normally charged $50.00 (G) USA or $67.50 (G) CDN plus product cost and freight applies. The cost of the spec is credited upon

Trademarks: All copy or other materials submitted by the customer for use by us in producing the items ordered will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right to privacy, patent or similar protection. Copy and trademarks illustrated in this catalog are used to demonstrate product imprinting and are not actual purchases by the organization shown. Items shown do not constitute endorsement of our product line by anyone.

1-DAY RUSH SERVICE CONDITIONS:
Rush Order Requirements: Complete rush orders (PO and artwork) must be submitted together to orders@lancopromo.com or orders@chocolateinn.net. 24 HOUR RUSH MUST BE IN THE SUBJECT LINE. The complete order must be received before 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time to ship on the next business day. NOTE: All changes submitted the same day as order shipment must be received before 2:00 pm Eastern Time. Note: Lanco will make every attempt to apply changes on the ship date but cannot guarantee that this will happen due to the product already being in production. All changes should be emailed to orders@lancopromo.com. We cannot make changes after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time to orders shipping that day. Please include ASI or customer number and purchase order number in the subject of your message and clearly mark all changes. Orders must be CLEARLY MARKED as 1 Day Rush Orders. A 1-Day Rush must include in-hands date. Failure to mark the order as RUSH will cause a delay in the order shipping. Failure to mark an in-hands date will delay orders and they will run on a 3-day production and ship schedule. Orders must be CLEARLY MARKED with item number, item color, quantity, imprint color and shipping instructions. Failure to provide required info deems PO incomplete and will delay production. All communication, including PO and artwork must include PO# and all order info. Art must be submitted as vector art to size. Art re-creates, typesetting and any art manipulation are not available for rush orders. No multicolor or multi-position orders are accepted for silkscreen and pad printing methods. No art proofs are available. Customer account must be in good standing. Note: credit approval will delay production; therefore we require all new accounts to pre-pay all rush orders unless credit is established and approved in advance. USPS shipping is not available on rush orders. Without clearly stated in-hands dates, Lanco reserves the right to ship orders up to 5 working days from receipt of completed purchase order. Additional charges may apply. NOTE: A must-ship date is not accepted. Only a clearly marked in-hands date is honored as an in-hands date.
Self-Promo Policy:
EQP less 10% and 50% off applicable Setup and run charges. Minimum quantity will be half of first column quantity (where applicable). Self promos are not available for full color heat transfers and non-inventoried items. Subject to management approval.
