To that end, we will provide you with a comprehensive buyer's packet that includes everything you'll need to make buying real estate in Park City seamless and worry free.

PREPARE Together we will determine your purchase power, define your budget range and discuss whether your transaction will be cash or require a loan. If you will be financing your purchase we will connect you with highly qualified, local lenders to ensure that you are pre-approved and ready to act. INVESTIGATE Our funnel process is designed to ensure you won't miss anything and no options are left off the table. Your funnel will include properties listed on our local MLS, new construction, new development opportunities, for sale by owner (FSBO) and off market opportunities from the Summit Sotheby's International Realty network and through our connections with top producing agents across other local brokerages. We will create a customized portal to the Park City MLS that notifies you as soon as a property matching your requirements hits the market.

ELIMINATE Once your funnel is complete we will eliminate what you don't like and narrow down your choices to those properties that excite you and meet your requirements.

PREVIEW Next we will tour the neighborhoods and properties we have identified together (in person or virtual) to narrow down your choices to your top three, providing you with a comparative market analysis (CMA) of your top choices to help you get a feel for value and ensure you're not paying too much.

PRESENT/NEGOTIATE We will coordinate with the seller's agent to better understand their wants and needs and the scope of our competition to formulate an offer that puts your best foot forward. We will skillfully negotiate our offers with knowledge and determination, knowing when to bend, where to hold steadfast and how to keep a dialogue going in order to avoid potential deal breakers and ensure the best price and terms on your behalf. EXECUTE Once your offer has been accepted, our team of experts begins working to take care of all of the details to ensure your buying process runs smoothly and error free. We will coordinate the scheduling of your home inspection, assist you in reviewing your inspection report, negotiate repairs, coordinate home appraisals, finalize your loan approval, help you review all seller disclosures including HOA documents and the title report, put you in touch with the home owner's insurance companies for a quote and take care of all the details so you can relax all the way to the finish line.

CLOSE We will assist with your final walk-though of the property, stay in touch with your lender to make sure lending documents are delivered on time, coordinate with title and escrow to ensure your closing documents are error free and inform you once settlement and recordation have occurred.
