I think everyone’s waking up to the fresh vibrancy of Aldi. I was canoeing down a fjord in New Zealand and these Americans were like ‘Hey do you work for Aldi? We LOVE Aldi!’. It was so funny. Thing is, there’s lots to love, especially as a graduate. It’s very fast-paced with plenty of variety. I admire Aldi’s frugality and efficiency; everything’s just incredibly well managed. We’re all working in harmony and there’s a strong sense of combined purpose. If you really want this (and you’re prepared to work hard) you develop skills for life. And I like that.
