Cities, overtime, accumulate the issues of both intended and unintended historical, behavioural, social and cultural developments of man. In order to deal the city of ‘present’, we have to unearth it past layer of indentities , activities and characters so meticulously to comprehend its origins and set up means for sustainable expansion in the future. in this design we have to designing empower hub . This is to uncover the architectonics of place underlying rules, principle, regulations, const constraints and other parameter. There is innovative element is required is the new type of institution that is capable of projecting of position in society based on issue in Bandar Penggaram Throughout the observation that carried after site visit in Bandar Penggaram there are some issues of the town that have been mentioned, among the issues is there is no attraction towards the town, lack of appreciation to ward heritage bulding result in abandon shop houses, weak padestrian connectivity, non-strategic back alley mural result is the history mural in Jalan Bentara and the main issues is there is no appreciation toward the history of Bandar Penggaram, because acc according to the observation there is no specific place for the history of Bandar Penggaram be introduce.
The telling wall is the idea to tell, introduce and educated people about the history of Bandar Penggaram through the visual art on the building walls. This idea was came from a sheet of paper where the history and art usually expressed on it. The walls act as peices of histories lies on the ground of Bandar Penggaram and it is a part of building construction element.
