WELCOME

Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to formally welcome you to the Trust. It’s certainly been a long time coming, but will hopefully be worth the wait. The reason for this e-brochure is to provide Wingfield staff with all the main contacts at the central Trust. It will provide names, photographs, job responsibilities and how best to contact them. It will also outline the benefits to you of liaising with them and what they could do for you in terms of support, CPD and ultimately enhancing your students’ experience. One of the many benefits of a stand-alone school joining a Multi Academy Trust is that you instantly have an extensive network of further support and expertise available to you. All you need to do is simply send a quick email, pick up the phone or arrange a meeting. The range of support is vast and includes things such as expert subject support, student personal development and experiences to professional support from the likes of the finances team and HR. I hope you find the brochure a useful resource. Best wishes Richard Fletcher

These lists are not exhaustive, but merely ideas and suggestions. Anything is possible, it’s just a case of asking the question.
