HIGH LEVEL 100% MINERAL CLEANER AND DISINFECTANT FOR PREMISES, INSTRUMENTS, SURFACES, INCLUDING FOODS, FOOD PRODUCTS, PRODUCE, VEGETABLES, MEATS, PROCESSED FOODSTUFFS, AND MATERIALS IN CONTACT. SterilFOODTM is a Chem-Tox (phenol, aldehyde and phosphate) free liquid concentrate for cleaning and high-level disinfection. Product has a bactericidal effect, destroying bacteria (incl. Mycobacterium terrae, Salmonella, Listeria, Clostridium and planktonic bacteria from biofilm, etc.), viruses (incl. HBV, HIV, Ebola, Marburg, etc.) and fungi creating not only inactivation and/or inertization of microorganisms plus inducing micro-fragmentation thru a mechanism called as Electro-Cell Membrane Disruption. It removes blood, proteins, secretions and fats from surfaces and instruments. It can be used for disinfection purposes, cleaning and disinfection of instruments used in a number of different industries from food to premises and all sections and compartments of ships, vessels and boats, as well as many other surfaces and spaces within the ships, most specially those in need of high-level disinfection (sanitary, food contact, storages, baths, etc.) Product labeling in accordance with EU Regulations: (Reg. EC 1925/2006) and Reg. EC 1169/2011. USAGE: Direct use once diluted or application thru. Contact with kitchens, walls, floors, etc. must be clear after time exceeded ad rinse. Instruments must be disassembled, if needed, and placed into the SterilFOOD TM solution in a lidded container. Make sure that all surfaces are covered with the solution. After the time of effect, rinse (if needed) with sterile or running water. If using in washing machines it is advisable to add de-foamer although normally it´s not needed. In certain indications use it within hot water (+42ºC) for maximum performance and profitability. Rinse after use. Usage High-level disinfection

PRECAUTIONS: The substance is a concentrated reactive so therefore is corrosive for the eyes, skin and mucous membranes. When inhaled or in contact with the skin, can cause burns if excessive contact. Wear rubber gloves and eye or face protection when working with the substance. Caustic power when pure, even at lower dilutions. In case of skin contact wash with and water. In case of eye contact rinse with plenty of running water, consult a doctor. In case of swallowing, drink plenty of water and consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Composition: Concentration of Mineral Salts and substances within Ultra-purified bi-distilled water. (All components included within the Annex II of Reg. EC 1925/2006). To prepare a solution, pour the selected amount of SterilFOOD TM on water and just wait for 10-15 minutes to get ready for use. pH 13.8 Dilutions may reach and it´s recommendable to set a pH over 12.0 or superior.
