FEATURED PRESENTATION MAKING COMMON SENSE BECOME COMMON PRACTICE: Developing Work Ethic in Others
No matter what business you are in, where you live, or how big your company is, odds are you have been impacted by the work ethic gap. Employees who don’t show up on time, won’t take accountability, or even follow basic instructions have become the norm. Rather than simply accept this as the new normal, The Center for Work Ethic Development is helping organizations and individuals build foundational work ethic behaviors.
Presentation Highlights:
◆◆ See the causes and impacts of the Work Ethic Gap in America ◆◆ Understand the core behaviors of Work Ethic
◆◆ Learn ways to build Work Ethic with your employees, students, and even your
children!
The bottom line? Employees need to understand how to meet workplace expectations and when they do, they stay longer, are more engaged, and produce better results. More than 75 percent of hiring managers say that the incoming workforce lacks an adequate work ethic. Whether you’re an owner, manager, teacher, or simply a concerned individual, attend this high impact presentation to help making common sense common practice in your community!
