This selected work represents a collection of projects I have been involved with, during the past 2 years of my experience along with 2 academic projects highlighting my knowledge on different areas of designing, detailing, drawing completions, presentations and understanding of various softwares. During my 2 years of professional practice, I have worked on a number of projects of varied scales. I have been involved with large Mixeduse development projects, Masterplanning projects, High and Medium rise residential towers, competitions of various scales and independent small scale Villas.

DUBAI SOUTH THE PULSE

This strategically located, master-planned city is comprised of eight purpose-focused districts. The Pulse is a an intense urban dynamic space, centered around a 70-metres wide, 6-lane Boulevard and is a novel integrated lifestyle concept that brings together retail, hospitality, leisure, and all modern requirements of residents within a very urban environment. The Pulse offers two and three bedroom stacked townhomes with each unit boasting a garden or terrace and separate entrances, the apartment buildings offer compact one, two and three bedroom options.

Total Project Area: 18.5Ha Location : Dubai Project Details: 14 Residential Towers

ranging between G+8 to G+10, Retail G+2, Mixed-use buildings G+9, 3-4 star Hotels with 250 keys

Type 1 Design idea - Folding frame

Type 2 Design idea - Horizontal slab with vertical fins

The master plan focuses on achieving an active pedestrian spine which engages with the boulevard creating plazas and hierarchical courtyards linking the cultural and residential parks offering a joyful journey for the residents and visitors.

Architectural Theming Design emphasizes on the horizontality of the development using continuous and elegant framing elements and uninterrupted clean horizontal lines. Contained within the frames were shifting planes, textures and colours breaking the verticality and monotony of the repeated orthogonal masses.

AL HABTOOR POLO CLUB

The Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club is a new equestrian haven in the heart of Dubailand. One hundred and twenty-two luxury villas surround an upmarket development completely devoted to equine sports. The villas, range from 3-5 bedrooms. They surround international-standard polo fields which host world-class polo tournaments throughout the year. The gated community provides tenants exclusive access to the residential complex, which comes complete with a fully-fitted gymnasium, swimming pool, spa, tennis courts. The development also includes a world-class riding school. There are a total of 520 stables and veterinary clinic.

The Al Raha Beach Development is a new waterfront development along the sheltered coastline of Abu Dhabi. It is also known as “The Ultimate Waterfront City” and is one of the most integrated developments of its kind in the world, with master planned communities featuring unique residential, business, educational, and entertainment facilities coordinated with modern infrastructure.
