The Art of Business Keeping focused on the customer “A lot of people do what we do (offer IT services). But nobody does it the WAY we do it,” Rick Cotten avows with confidence. Since 2001, Solutions Networking Corporation (SNC) has been providing a broad spectrum of IT Services for small and large businesses. “Information Technology (IT) has advanced to the point that today a business with just one computer has enterprise capabilities,” says SNC founder, Rose Canfield. “What all businesses need today, more than anything else, is an IT provider they can depend on to keep their powerful, complex systems running. Sometimes that means extending extraordinary customer service.” As Arnel Jaoquin recalls, “Recently, early one morning I noticed that the Village of Bedford Park had lost internet access. We got one of our techs there before they opened. He was waiting at the door when they got to work. We are proactive. With our remote monitoring, our clients don’t have to call us to get service. We’re on top of the problem before they know they have a problem.

all about service first”

Through the years, the SNC team has learned that customer service is equal to technology knowledge. In that respect, not much has changed since Rose Canfield hand delivered trade reports at Merrill Lynch, and Rick Cotten charted Naval ship positions, and Jim Carollo supervised a warehouse, and Arnel Joaquin built computers at age 16, and Mike Bernatowicz worked the punch cards at Fort Ben, Indianapolis. For all of the incredible experience that has led to an IT team unlike any other, the constant that has brought them through the years together, is a respect for each other and a commitment to put customers above all else.

—The SNC Team

This commitment has stood the test of time.
